We are grateful to the Prostate Cancer Foundation @PCFnews for inviting us to the #PCFRetreat26 this past weekend. Dr. Chuck Link, our Executive Chairman and Chief Innovation Officer, was selected to deliver a special lecture on the latest developments in our SYNC-T immunotherapy platform and the ongoing LEGION-100 Phase 2 trial in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). It was a privilege to join leading researchers, clinicians, and industry experts in the field.

#ICYMI: Syncromune’s Chief Medical Officer, Urology, Gerald Andriole, M.D., joined Keith Crawford, M.D., Ph.D., of the Prostate Health Education Network (PHEN) @RAPCancer for an engaging fireside chat on SYNC-T Therapy SV-102 and the ongoing LEGION-100 Phase 2 clinical trial.
Three key takeaways from the discussion:
• A differentiated drug-device approach: SYNC-T combines image-guided partial tumor cryolysis with intratumoral infusion of the investigational multi-target drug SV-102 through the same device pathway. The approach is designed to bring tumor antigens, drug and immune cells together in regional lymphatics to support a systemic anti-tumor immune response.
• Promising early clinical findings: Previously reported Phase 1 results in metastatic prostate cancer demonstrated encouraging clinical activity with a manageable safety profile, supporting continued evaluation of SYNC-T Therapy SV-102.
• Currently in Phase 2: LEGION-100 is evaluating the safety, anti-tumor activity and dose-optimization of SYNC-T Therapy SV-102 in patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer.

SYNC-T Therapy SV-102 is investigational and has not been approved or determined to be safe or effective.

At #CIRSE2026, Stephen Kee, M.D., EVP, Clinical, Medical & Business Operations, EMEA, reviewed the Phase 1 data on our investigational SYNC-T™ platform, a novel combination approach that pairs single-needle partial cryolysis with direct intratumoral infusion of SV-102, an investigational immunotherapy.
By combining local tumor destruction with localized immunotherapy delivery, SYNC-T™ Therapy SV-102 is designed to stimulate a systemic immune response while limiting systemic drug exposure. The approach is now being evaluated in Syncromune’s Phase 2 LEGION-100 trial, which is actively enrolling patients across the U.S., with international expansion planned.

June is Cancer Immunotherapy Month, an opportunity to recognize the scientific innovation, clinical research, and patient participation that continue to advance the field of cancer treatment.
At Syncromune®, we are proud to contribute to this progress through the development of SYNC-T™ and by engaging with the broader oncology community. Most recently, we participated in the inaugural Intratumoral Immunotherapy Symposium hosted by @GustaveRoussy in collaboration with @UTMDAnderson, where experts from across academia, biotechnology, interventional oncology, and regulatory science came together to discuss the future of intratumoral immunotherapy.
Scientific collaboration and knowledge sharing are essential to accelerating innovation and advancing new treatment approaches for patients. Through our ongoing research efforts, we continue to evaluate the potential of #SYNCT, an investigational in situ intratumoral combination drug/device immunotherapy designed to synchronize the location of antigens, our multi-target drug, and immune cells to potentially drive a systemic anti-tumor response while minimizing systemic drug exposure and toxicity. We are currently evaluating SYNC-T Therapy SV-102 in our Phase 2 LEGION-100 clinical trial (#LEGION100) in patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (#mCRPC).
This Cancer Immunotherapy Month, we recognize and thank the patients, caregivers, investigators, research teams, and healthcare professionals whose commitment makes clinical progress possible. Their contributions help drive innovation and shape the future of cancer care.

We're looking forward to participating in the inaugural Intratumoral Immunotherapy Symposium, hosted by @GustaveRoussy in conjunction with @UTMDAnderson on June 11–12 in Villejuif, Paris, France.
As the first international meeting dedicated exclusively to intratumoral immunotherapy, the symposium will bring together leaders from academia, biotechnology, interventional oncology, and regulatory science to discuss the mechanics of local delivery and localized immune modulation.
#Syncromune Executive Chairman and Cofounder, Charles Link, MD, will present on the use of a multi-modal assessment approach to address efficacy following intratumoral immunotherapy . Dr. Link will also share the multi-modality solution used in a case study from a Phase 1 trial evaluating #SYNCT combination intratumoral therapy in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (#mCRPC).
Additionally, he will participate in a panel discussion focused on addressing the regulatory and strategic hurdles of intratumoral immunotherapy.
We look forward to engaging with colleagues across the oncology community and contributing to important discussions to help shape the future of intratumoral cancer immunotherapy.

Check out our presentation at the European Conference on Interventional Oncology 2026!
Syncromune is pleased to announce that Stephen Kee, MD, will deliver an oral presentation on the potential of SYNC-T Therapy SV-102 for the treatment of metastatic prostate cancer at ECIO 2026 in Basel.
Our combination drug/device immunotherapy uses an image-guided percutaneous approach to place a cryo needle/infusion sheath system into a target tumor, utilizing the same device to perform both cryolysis and infusion of a multi-target drug directly into the lysed zone. The therapy aims to elicit a systemic anti-tumor response, empowering the immune system to recognize and attack both primary and metastatic lesions.
We look forward to engaging with the interventional oncology community and sharing the future vision of our SYNC-T locoregional immunotherapeutic platform that is designed to tackle the toughest challenges in treating metastatic solid tumors.
