2021 has been a really good year for our group. Thanks to our amazing group members and collaborators!
2021 was a fantastic year for us and our collaborators.
In 2021, we published >52 papers (one per week), filed 3 patent applications and our previous publications were cited >5700 times.
Many thanks to our team members and collaborators.@SaeedShoaie @HasanTurkez @mujdatzeybel

We used a wide range of systems biology tools to analyze multi-omics data from the clinical trials (Phase 2 and 3), complemented with detailed clinical variables of the patients. This study suggested a role for such a therapeutic regime in complex diseases, including COVID-19.

We were able to identify global and tissue-specific gene clusters that showed an important response to MI. We were also able to identify dysregulation in multiple biological processes also tissue-specific dysregulation in biological processes in the liver and heart.
