Congratulations to TAEX on opening your permanent gallery in Monaco, and to @kevinabosch on celebrating this milestone with a solo exhibition.
Monaco may be best known for its casinos and Formula 1, but it’s also a place where art collectors from around the world gather, with deep ties to the traditional art world.
I’m genuinely excited to see a permanent space dedicated to digital art open in such a setting.
I think there’s something really meaningful about digital art being exhibited, appreciated, and discussed as naturally as traditional art, in a place where established collectors already come together. That alone sends a powerful message about the future of digital art.

How are you finding Art Basel Paris this year?
#ArtnetNews: How’s the fair? The mood was buoyant at the four-hour “Avant-Première” opening on Tuesday afternoon, the first of—count them!—three days of previews at the Grand Palais. It’s a bit too soon to say definitively how the 211 exhibitors are doing, but dealers seemed happier here than they did at Basel Basel in June. Maybe it’s just because they’re in Paris.

Kevin Abosch @kevinabosch, We place ourselves in the line of good fortune, from the series Testing Ground
From October 9, Testing Ground, an exhibition of synthetic photography by Kevin Abosch, will be on view at the new TAEX Gallery in Monaco.
The works create a dialogue between AI and traditional photography. Using diffusion models trained on custom photographic datasets, Abosch believes that emerging technologies such as AI have sparked a new era in photography.

The opening marks a new chapter in TAEX’s development, establishing a permanent space for a programme that brings together internationally recognised artists whose practices engage with the defining questions of contemporary culture.
TAEX Gallery Monaco will open on October 9, 2026, with Testing Ground, a solo exhibition by Kevin Abosch @kevinabosch, on view through the end of November.
Testing Ground brings together previously unseen works from Abosch’s latest body of synthetic photography, created specifically for TAEX Gallery Monaco, alongside works from ETHICAL WORK, first presented by TAEX at Paris Photo in 2025, and the exceptionally rare Potato #345 (2010).
