Montgomery Academy putting on an impressive show of their own, leading Southside 59-34 with 3:16 left. Kept a 25-point lead most of the game.
St James’ margin of victory was the third largest in a girls championship game. The largest? Their loss to Mars Hill Bible in their first championship appearance.
This is as dominant a performance in a championship game as you can find. St. James 60, Mobile Christian 12. In the THIRD quarter. Even the 1980s mismatches between north Alabama and south Alabama teams wasn’t this bad.
