Establishing Team Values and Culture are so important for a sports team and so often overlooked. We had a great workshop with this new girls cricket team entering the women’s premier league this season for the first time.
Great workshop today at the @AcoWales conference. A room full on umpires discussing dealing with mistakes, staying in the moment and sticking to one’s values.
