This afternoon around 3:30 I reached out to the Providence, RI FBI field office by phone. I called to schedule a time to come in when an agent would be available to meet with me to take a report regarding federal crimes occurring in Providence involving electronic stalking and covert harm being perpetrated by private military and security contractors and coordinated actors. I left a message. Today was my second voicemail. I left one last week when I first arrived in a Providence. After leaving the voicemail, I telephoned the Boston FBI field office to see if they could confirm if I had the correct physical address etc. Since the first address I went to was no longer valid. The receptionist recommended I call to make sure an agent would be there to take a report. But if worst came to worst I could show up and someone would be there. At 2:40pm today, I reached out to the DOD Office of Inspector General. The representative from the office confirmed that the components of my report falls under the jurisdiction of the FBI. Electronic stalking: surveillance, monitoring of electronic devices using intrusive spyware or other technological means, physical and or technological tracking as well as covert harm. Covert harm involves the weaponization of acoustics such as infrasound and low frequency vibration; olfactory hijacking using neuro scents; the use of neuro toxins, toxic exposure such as cholinesterase enzyme inhibitors, carbon monoxide etc; the deployment of technology causing adverse biological and bioelectrical effects.

Prior to a year ago when I became a victim of a crime, I never paid any attention to what was written about me by doctors or others in my electronic chart. I was rarely sick so other than annual check ups, I was rarely interacting with western medical professionals. When I became a victim of this harm (surveillance, electronic device monitoring, tracking, covert harm including infrasound or vibration, olfactory hijacking and tech enabled harm that appears to adversely impact the brain, cognition and nervous system), I believe I had 7 ER visits across 4 states in less than 3 months or 90 days: Nevada, California, Oregon, and Washington. This was atypical for me. At some point, I had to create an account for my chart and /or Epic. It was at that point that I discovered what was being written about me by individuals in the medical profession. I was shocked to see in writing discriminatory and or derogatory statements. Statements where I was described as if I was not even human. Because those statements are accessible to your providers and follow you wherever you go to receive medical care in America, the negative statements follow you creating a never ending cycle in which you cannot receive care without prejudice or bias being inserted into treatment. For this reason, I now have to opt out of my chart/ Epic data sharing in the hopes that I can receive treatment that is not pre-colored by false statements or characterizations that have been made about me that were never discussed with me or said to my face during any medical interaction. This is easier said than done. When I called to inquire how to opt out, I was told I could not or it was not possible. I was told by some if opting out was an option which it is, they did not know how to do it. I was then told I would have to do it manually across every hospital I had been treated at. It is absurd to have to manually op t out of a system at every single hospital you have received treatment just to create an opportunity to attempt to receive unbiased treatment from a medical provider. #PatientRights #MyChart #Epic #MedicalBias

This morning from 7:47 to 7;48 a door could be heard opening and slammed adjacent to me 3 times that coincided with tech enabled harm. It was the same individual. On the 3rd door slamming I opened the door and saw the back of a man in a blue jacket with a blue hat. He turned the corner to take the elevator. I walked down the hall and he was just getting on the elevator but I got a good look at his face. I had seen him before. Red or strawberry blonde hair was sticking out from underneath his cap. This individual is participating in this harm. He is observable on camera from the hall as well as inside the elevator. I believe there is a camera present in there as well. Please tell me why you are repeatedly opening and slamming a door multiple times in less than 2 minutes? These doors take some effort to slam them. The manner that it is being done is consistent with door slamming that I have documented previously. This is probably the same individual who engaged in the harm at 3:30 am. The timing of the door slamming and the tech enabled harm is part of a pattern. Housekeeping typically does not arrive on the floor before 8 am. So, guests or proxies engage in the harm until housekeeping and or other hotel staff begin work and take over engaging in the harm. Hotel staff end work around 5pm, this is when guests or proxies resume engaging in the harm. This pattern has been documented in previous posts such as POD 51 in NYC. The Providence FBI field office lists this address: 10 Weybosset St, #402, Providence, RI 02903 This morning I will be going here. As I am writing this post unidentified scents or odors are being introduced via architectural egress into the room at 3:48 am. Back to back, one fragrant and the other like a dirty bomb. Now a 3rd scent, I can’t even describe. This is not random. There is a method to this madness. Sleep deprivation, tech enabled harm accompanied by now 4 scents, distinct signatures which is atypical and vibration decreased. They have not used more than 2 signatures in a year. At that time, they were using 3 to 5 signatures on what appeared to be a timing and dosing schedule. Then for some reason, they settled on two, the fragrant and dirty bomb like ones and have not deviated from those until today. One appears to be an endocrine inhibitor, one causes sedation, another cause emotional dysregulation. I am unclear what the others do. #PMSC #OlfactoryHijacking #FBI #DisruptiveEmergingTech

At 3:28 am, about 15 minutes after posting on social media describing recent events related to this harm, a room adjacent to opened, then slammed and tech enabled harm was introduced into the room. The timing is not random. It is deliberate and calculated. Prior to tonight no one has been opening and slamming doors on this floor at 3;30 am. #PMSC #FBI

I had to move from room 303 because I was being subjected to tech enabled harm from above me in 403 and below me in 203. This hotel has cameras in the hall on every floor. I am currently in 427. There is no one above me now. I am being subjected to infrasound/ low frequency vibration 24/7 if I remain in the room. The floor and walls are vibrating but no visible physical movement. The intensity and severity is being manipulated. It is increased depending on what I am doing whether I am engaged in advocacy, sleeping etc, While it can be felt under my feet if I am sitting in a chair, I am unclear whether it is coming from the room below me or an adjacent room. Tonight I was awakened at about 12;30 am from what appears to be unidentified tech enabled harm. I moved in the room. Shortly thereafter, some sort of scent or substance with an odor was introduced into the room. I could sense two distinct signatures at different points. It appears the substances are being introduced into the room via architectural egress. I attempted to go to the FBI field office in Providence the second day after my arrival. However, the address was no longer valid. I spoke to a cop directing traffic. He told me they had moved. I mentioned I had called and left a message. He said they would call me back. As of today, I have not heard from anyone. This is the FBI’s domain because they are responsible for domestic and transnational repression. NYC FBI field office referred me to follow up twice with Seattle Field Office as they have an investigation open post my report to them in June 2026 when I was repatriated to the U.S. Follow up contact to Seattle has gone unanswered as of today, as I and others similarly situated are being harmed. Someone needs to check the guest registration to see who is in the rooms around me. I purchased a calibrated microphone to measure the vibration however law enforcement needs to bring their own diagnostic tools and determine where the vibration is coming from and find out who is responsible for placing it in this building. As the vibration is not mechanical coming from the property organically. It was placed here. Even though acoustics can be weaponized against victims, law enforcement lack the tools to even test for it much less investigate it. So, they are not in a position to even assist victims or provide any relief from harm Hotel staff such as the general manager, housekeeper and others are participating in this harm along with guests. Whether you placed someone in a compromised room to provide access to perpetrators to engaging in the harm directly, these are criminal acts that need to be investigated. The tool, devices and/ or mechanisms being used to perpetuate the harm need to be identified. Yesterday, I was subjected to tech enabled harm by someone who may have been on the roof making repairs, the housekeeper which is typical and has been a consistent pattern as well as by guests on the floor. Imagine being subjected to novel forms of harm from unknown scents or substances that can cause sedation and other adverse effects to unidentified tech enabled harm. There is no clear reporting pathway or operational response. Leaving myself and other victims to experience pain and suffering with no end in sight. This is not right. Something must be done. We need allies to step into this fight and support victims in demanding action. relief, oversight and regulation. Civilians cannot and should not be subjected to extrajudicial punishment or harm by private military and security contractors, proxies or anyone else for that matter simply because they can. This is wrong, Yet it is happening. I have been asking for help for a year. I am being harmed. Other victims are being harmed. Is anyone listening? We need help. Will someone do something before it is too late? I have provided my room number, the hotel, the address, the individuals involved and suspected rooms involved. #PMSC #FBI

Being African American before you add any other community you could belong to in society is an extreme sport I heard someone say the other day. There appears to be no amount of education or money that can solve the race problem. It is a stain of ignorance that you are forced to contend with whether you want to or not. Now imagine being marked for repression. Someone making the decision that your outspokenness, your self advocacy, your way of being in the world is perceived to be threatening to an established order. It is not just a stare or an unkind word now. It is a repeated assault on your being 24/7 using technology enabled harm that you don’t even know the name of much less can describe. The audacity that individuals of the dominant race are being used as proxies to carry out this harm against their fellow neighbors is appalling. However, they see no harm done because you were never worthy of humanity in their eyes in the first place, They see themselves as crusaders getting rid of something that should never have been allowed to exist in the first place. What about the tokens from marginalized groups that have signed on to participate in this harm? That phenomenon too has been present since the beginning of time. Perhaps they want or need money, or want to feel on par with the dominant group. Perhaps they dislike the marginalized group they are a member of. I honestly don’t know how I am getting out of this fully in tact. I don’t know how I am getting proposed changes enacted to stop this harm and close every loophole that allowed it to exist . Right now I am sitting in a Providence library that was built in 1838. The sign outside says all welcome. Yet, people have filed in and out of here since I arrived that I have never met and subjected me to tech enabled harm. If you look at the statistics for individuals who have unalived themselves, I am sure you will find many of them who faced this harm isolated in silence and refused to live life on these terms. What about the middle-aged white males at the top of this food chain. The fear of extinction … the fear of irrelevance is so strong, they created a way to maintain power even if it was not dominant and overt. When I spoke to an MK Ultra attorney in Canada a couple of months ago, he recommended partnering with a journalist to bring this story to light. So, I met with a journalist in Providence today in pursuit of that end. However, it was a non starter as you can’t be compromised and participating in the harm we want to investigate. He seemed to be adamant about my personal experience with the harm which is not particularly a bad thing. However, this harm is a national security crisis. Private military and security contractors are violating the constitutional and civil rights of civilians in this country as well as abroad. They are utilizing technology and unidentified tools to perpetuate a harm that sits in an institutional blind spot by design which has created a civilian protection gap. The issue is larger than me or my story or how I came to this harm. It is about the repression of victims #repression #PMSC
