The discourse about Destiny 2 "dying" because it won't receive any additional updates is fascinating to me as someone who thinks the original Unreal Tournament still slaps despite not being officially updated in 25 years.

Beyond Good and Evil 2 surviving the massive shakeup indicates to me that it's evolved beyond just being some game in dev hell--it's Ubisoft deep lore.
To cancel a game first spoken of in the ancient tomes of 2008, the Glory Days, would be tantamount to corporate heresy.
