Something I’ve been trying to achieve all year is consistently posting 90 organic videos per month across all 5 of our social pages
I haven’t run an entertainment based social media “brand” in 3+ years, but one thing I learned from that experience is that this exact posting frequency is the most reliable way to go viral… or at least it was 3 years ago 😂
Proud to say I’ve officially scheduled 3 posts a day for the next 30 days across all our platforms and the timing couldn’t be better
I will update the TL if we go mega viral
If u don’t hear from me this was a failed endeavor
…But we’re already getting over 50M views a month so this should go well
It got worse… 😡
yesterday was our worst ever day with this brand 😢
Going to try and get a partial refund from our meta ads rep
$10k of the spend was completely irrational
Anyone have any experience with getting refunds from meta? 🤔

Thank bro @teachingsX I wish you all the best for the Q4.
Ngl October meta performance has been pretty rough 🫣
But how TF did I just wake up to THIS…
Actually might be worst day we’ve had since launching this brand last year🤔
Anyone have any good tutorials for using ManyChat as a customer support bot on all socials?
Trying to improve our overall CX heading into Q4 as volume ramps up and things are to breaking daily
Would love to use it to expand our customer support coverage
I hate Trustpilot
Why the fuck do I have to request information to find an order and fix an issue
At least 75% of the time customers don’t see the request in their inbox
So now you’re just left with a permanently upset customer
Also, what fucking smooth brain is paying them $889/month?
Cracked $1M+ in an official month
Prob going to hit $10M in rev in our first full year in biz
(Started with only $5K in the biz bank account last July)
Margin is a little lower than our average, but LTV will make up for it over the course of 90 days
September was a very fun month, although I don't remember most of it
Has anyone used Muse.ai to auto respond to frequently asked questions In their brand’s comment sections?
Also building a DM support chat bot with it right now.
What’s the likelihood of meta nuking my brand’s social accounts for this?
Shopify Sidekick is truly something else
BUT even though I was able to hard-code something no Shopify app is able to offer rn, I have a newfound respect for devs
I spent a collective 8 hours building out something so small that it’s peanuts compared to what the devs who built our entire theme have done
Probably skill issue tho
Had to check the cope website just to see what’s goin on 🫣
How are your meta ads performing last 7 days?
U guys thought yesterday was embarrassing? 😂 hahahah
I realize my wording made it seem like I was happy with this margin…
It’s actually terrible 😅
BUT we have a lot of cash in bank and this is somewhat entertaining to watch play out
Honestly the last couple of months were good but it was getting boring… this is a good change of pace
Plus, Meta ads will prob recover and return to norm, not concerned.
This has happened before
We were actually getting frustrated that we couldn’t spend more no matter how much we increased our bids. Then we giga bumped them and this happened.
PS stop shilling under my tweets pls, no one wants ur agency accs, email service etc
