I did not plan ahead. I could be enjoying chili and a slice of sweet cornbread with hot honey butter. But, instead, I’m eating a frozen burrito that didn’t heat evenly. *sigh*
My blood pressure was normal today, but this is what it’s looked like this month. A rollercoaster 🎢!! My mean blood pressure is 97/70, controlled, with medication.
I’m already perusing my files and the internets for Thanksgiving appetizer, soup, cocktail, and dessert recipes. Because you know me.

My blood pressure is 79/64 today. Today is cardiologist day!!!! I’m so thankful. I hope this gets straightened out soon. I have to cancel all my morning appointments, because I have to get my blood pressure up.

Rain for Halloween? On the plus side, it matches the vibe. On the minus side, less little ones about looking for candy. I still need to find the rest of my costume and think about whether or not I want to do makeup.
Surprise! I thought I was at the podiatrist for a follow up and to schedule my fibroma removal. Turns out, that fibroma is going away today in about 10 minutes. I’ve had this dumb little thing for 10+ years, but I’ll be glad to be rid of it.
And because it’s on my toe, all I have to do is soak my foot twice a day (don’t have to tell me twice), put some antibiotic ointment on the area, and keep it bandaged until it heals. Woo-hoo!!
I’ll give him this much, they make a nice margarita at Lindo Michoacán and the tortillas are great. Javier Barajas is a sucker for believing anything that con man promised.
