This Austin ICE shooting is pretty incredible. They smashed the DoorDash driver's car. They shot the driver in the back. They pull them out of the car. Tear open his shirt. Confirm he's been shot. Take him to the hospital. Remove him 4 hours later with the bullet still in him and bring him to detention center for questioning, refusing to tell his family where he is. Apparently he's still there with the bullet in him today, without pain meds, without seeing his family, without seeing counsel, and with ICE doing its own investigation into itself.
A man was shot by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer in Austin, Texas, on Sunday, according to the Austin Police Department, prompting protests at the scene and backlash from local officials.

A woman walked over to where Wilber Perez 28 was sitting in his car shot in the back. ICE removed him from his car to just handcuff him instead of waiting till the ambulance arrived.He was conscious & cooperating with ICE & was taken to hospital supposedly in stable condition after being boxed in by ICE while delivering food for Door Dash & then shot in the back.There were at least five shots counted as it happened on a live. ICE gives the same cookie cutter story as usual,but a woman driving by recorded it as it happened.

ICE run over man with their car during traffic stop—family says it was intentional.
"Agents literally chased him down with a car," she said.
"As if he was an animal just on the side of road."
Now under armed guard at hospital—not allowed to see his attorney.
Injuries include: one leg so badly broken it feels paralyzed, a fracture to his spine, and that half his body is just in terrible condition.
ICE claims that agents tried to stop a van, the occupants ran, and the fleeing driver fell in the median and accidentally became "lodged under" an ICE patrol car that was traveling there.
Incident occurred on Liberty Expressway near the Moultrie Road exit in Dougherty County, Georgia.
