Today marks 5 years of building @_StudioMirai. It's honestly a bit surreal. 5 years ago, we were a 1:1 collection dropping one Tamashi a day and trying to build a community. 5 years later, we’ve built a global community. We’ve hosted insane events around the world, curated partners we can genuinely call friends, and earned consistent recognition from the @SuiNetwork and @Mysten_Labs. A huge thank you to the @SuiFoundation and Mysten Labs for believing in what we’re building. And a special thank you to @EmanAbio for taking a chance on us at the Vietnam event in 2024. We really put everything on the line and that moment really changed things for us. Through all of it, the people who stuck with us in the beginning are still here today. Over these 5 years I’ve watched some of you get married, land your dream jobs and move into your dream homes. Some of you have had kids. I got to be a small part of that growth, and it means more to me than I can put into words. Some of you have put “Mirai” in your kids’ names. One of you told me your firstborn son is going to be named Kotaro. I've become the godfather to like 4 children. It’s insane to think that could even happen, and to that have closeness with strangers all around the world. One IP. One community. One project for 5 years. We’ve always built in a way that does right by the community. Holy shit, what a build. At times it gets really tiring. I don’t think anything can prepare you for this space. But knowing these people and meeting the person behind the PFP is what keeps me going. Everyone in Studio Mirai is my family. This week I was at a music conference in LA. I had to introduced myself as Ben for the first time and grinded for adoption opportunities for @_misofm, and through Miso, for Studio Mirai. I yapped for 3 days straight. I learned a lot about both product and narrative. I also talked to some really big household names about possible collabs. Completely different beast, honestly. I’m thankful for every memory Studio Mirai has given me. It’s the reason I can be in those rooms having those conversations at all. On the Studio Mirai side: Enforcer Machin is still in production. Things have slowed down, of course, because it’s all hands on deck for Miso. Shipping Miso means a future where people can interact with our NFT ecosystem without it being tied to market sentiment. We’re building a future where BEAR MARKETS DON'T EXIST. No more excuses. So this anniversary looks a little different. There’s no grand Twitter space and no giveaways. Everyone on the team is heads down and locked in, and most of that work isn’t even happening in the web3 space right now. The real celebration will have to come at a later date. I just appreciate every one of you for letting us build this way. I know I don’t have to rush things, because it’s Studio Mirai. Cheers to the team and happy 5th to the best community in the world~ 🥂 Kotaro

The best thing about Mirai has always been its people. Best community on Sui.

40 hours and 405 layers later, the @_misofm launch video is finally finished. This might be the most insane launch video on Sui so far. Stay tuned, it drops this week.

We’re building the first product to bring the entire Sui stack together. Every layer. Every primitive. All powering one consumer experience. This is what @SuiNetwork was built for.

Studio Mirai remains one of the longest-running NFT projects on @SuiNetwork. Even in this market, Tamashi 047 just sold OTC for 5,200 $SUI. Every cycle, the people who stick around when times get tough prove to be the true believers. Show us you’re still here. 👇👇👇

NFT Marketplaces making a comeback?

We've been delaying the @_MiraiMart Anniversary Box to revisit what's inside. With the Enforcer Machin upgrade approaching, it feels like the box should represent the future of Nozomi World, not just its past & present. Enforcer Machin action figure would be pretty cool?

I’ve spent the last few months designing the Enforcer Machin upgrade, and these are the emotions I keep coming back to: The first time you pulled a rare card... The first time you buy a PFP you really liked... The first time you discovered a hidden secret nobody else knew about... Instead of designing around stats or power, I’m designing around nostalgia, anticipation, lore, and the feeling that there’s always something more to uncover. The market will always be the market. Prices will go up, prices will go down. That’s inevitable. But my hope is that Nozomi World becomes something different. A place you can visit, get lost in, uncover hidden stories, chase discoveries, and keep finding reasons to come back. If we pull this off, Enforcer Machin won’t just be something you own. It’ll be something you disappear into.

The number of things I want to do with Enforcers is honestly ridiculous. Creative inspiration has been exploding this week. Time for bed.

Enforcer Machin #1305, “The Mythic," the Rank 1 Enforcer, is now owned by @oppa_sui. Couldn’t have gone to a better person. A true OG to the @_StudioMirai community and one of our very first supporters since 2021.

The cookery is done. Launching soon.

Am I following all robot PFPs yet? 🤖 If you’re repping a robot PFP, share this and drop a comment below so the robots can find you. Robots should follow robots.

I'm definitely considering extending the @_MiraiMart Anniversary drop to include kids sizes, but first, I want to hear from you guys. The plushies are a definite, but would you also buy a Prime Machin Anniversary Tee for your kids?
