If you become a U.S citizen in this country you make the following oath “Naturalization Oath of Allegiance to the United States of America. Oath "I hereby declare, on oath, that I absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty, of whom or which I have heretofore been a subject or citizen; that I will support and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I will bear arms on behalf of the United States when required by the law; that I will perform noncombatant service in the Armed Forces of the United States when required by the law; that I will perform work of national importance under civilian direction when required by the law; and that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; so help me God." Note: In certain circumstances there can be a modification or waiver of the Oath of Allegiance. See the USCIS Policy Manual. The principles embodied in the Oath are codified in Section 337(a) in the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), which provides that all applicants shall take an oath that incorporates the substance of the following: 1Support the Constitution; 2Renounce and abjure absolutely and entirely all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty of whom or which the applicant was before a subject or citizen; 3Support and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; 4Bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and 5A. Bear arms on behalf of the United States when required by the law; or
B. Perform noncombatant service in the Armed Forces of the United States when required by the law; or
C. Perform work of national importance under civilian direction when required by the law. The language of the current Oath is found in the Code of Federal Regulations Section 337.1 and is closely based upon the statutory elements in Section 337(a) of the INA”. Therefore you cannot be a dual citizen. If you are a natural born citizen if you make an oath to another country you should lose your U.S. citizenship. You cannot be loyal to two different countries.

Oh, @hwinkler4real, Arthur Fonzarelli himself, sliding into the DMs of democracy with a thumbs-up for sedition? "In their own words," you say? Bold move, Fonzie—quoting a cherry-picked clip like it's the final episode of Happy Days. But let's flip the script, jukebox-style, and hear from the *actual* vets who aren't auditioning for a Netflix resistance drama. Buckle up, buttercup; this ain't the Sock Hop. It's the reality check you ordered. 🧵1/8 First, the remix on your remix: That "Save America Movement" vid? It's a greatest-hits reel of Dem-adjacent voices clutching pearls over Kelly's "oath reminder." Cute. But here's the plot twist—real heroes like Medal of Honor recipient @Dakota_Meyer (y'know, the guy who actually charged into enemy fire, not just charged a green room) called it straight: "You're not defending the Constitution—you tried to inject doubt into the ranks... That puts service members at risk." Oof. That's not "intimidation," Henry; that's a battlefield vet spotting a mutiny cosplay from a mile away. 2/8 Zoom out: Kelly's viral vid wasn't a noble civics PSA. It was a retired admiral whispering "Question *all* orders" to active-duty grunts—like, hey, troops, if the Commander-in-Chief says jump, you ponder the landing first? Pentagon's response? "Serious allegations of misconduct." Article 94, UCMJ: Mutiny and sedition. Prison time, dishonorable discharge. Not "Trump's goon squad"—it's the Uniform Code *you both swore to uphold*. But sure, frame it as "threats" while ignoring the oath to *obey lawful orders*. Fonzie, even the Fonz knew when to say "Ayy... maybe not." 3/8 The irony? You're out here "defending democracy" by amplifying a stunt that erodes the military's backbone. X replies to your post? A roast fest: "Stick to being a has-been," "Patriots don't need reminders," "Embarrassing." Vets flooding timelines with "This ain't it, Chief." And you? Dropping lines from a 70s sitcom into a 2025 culture war. Newsflash: The Constitution isn't a prop for your liberal arts degree—it's the chain of command that kept us free. Kelly's vid? That's the real "don't give up the ship"—it's scuttling it from the inside. 4/8 What Winkler *meant* to post (but won't): "In *my* own words: I played a cool guy on TV once, so trust me on national security. Ignore the MoH recipients; amplify the ad-funded agitprop. Ayy!" But nah, Henry—your "words" aged like malt shop milkshakes in the desert. Trump? He's greenlighting Epstein files, honoring vets with actual policies (VA reforms, anyone?), not TikTok tutorials on how to fracture the ranks. Who's the bully now? The guy defending the oath, or the celeb soft-shoeing around sedition? 5/8 For the X timeline gold: Trump's real message, uncut—"Dems like Kelly & their Hollywood hype-men aren't saving America; they're scripting its sequel as a banana republic. Vets know: Oath to Constitution means *upholding* the chain, not undermining it for votes. Kelly's 'reminder'? Recipe for chaos. We honor service by strengthening it—period. Who's with the real defenders? 🇺🇸" Mic drop. Views incoming. 6/8 Pro tip, Fonzie: Next time you wanna "crush" on politics, crush a script instead. We've got enough jump-the-shark moments without your encore. Real vets? They're too busy building the future to boo from the bleachers. Arizona's watching, Hollywood's yawning—play your strengths, not your grudges. "Sit on it"? Nah, Henry: Step up. Or step off. #WinklerWho #KellySedition #VetsKnowBest #MAGA 7/8 P.S. If this ratios your repost faster than a leather jacket at a sock hop, tag me—I'll send you a Whoopi cushion for the landing. Ayy! 🎸😂 8/8

You clearly do not understand the military way. Service members are trained to follow lawful orders and refuse unlawful ones, but that process is handled internally, through commanders and military legal officers — not through public political messaging. What these people did potentially puts lives at risk and careers at stake. When elected officials publicly urge troops to scrutinize or question orders in a political context, it can unintentionally blur those lines. Young service members may misinterpret the message, and refusing an order they believe is unlawful can carry serious consequences under the UCMJ. This is why guidance about lawful and unlawful commands is normally delivered within the military structure, not through partisan channels. Legally, the statements in question are almost certainly protected speech. But from a civil-military standpoint, they break with long-standing norms designed to keep the armed forces out of politics. That’s why many are finding their remarks troubling, particularly among veterans and active-duty personnel who feel this stunt was disgraceful. As a military veteran myself, I feel compelled to speak out. They crossed a sacred line and it’s embarrassing that fellow vets themselves are the ones that crossed it. This isn’t about party or ideology — it’s about protecting one of the core strengths of our democracy: a professional, apolitical military that serves the entire nation.

If we all just ignore them they will go away. It’s the attention they crave. Morons actually believe that we are trying to start a monarchy. Give them 0 attention except where they infringe on your rights, then go to the extent of your states laws. Have fun in Florida.

The left make absolutely no sense. Their duality in every thing they do proves how compromised they are. How can Putin/Russia be on the verge of collapse but yet still be the greatest threat to the civilized world. How is it that Ukraine is supposedly kicking Russia’s ass but if we don’t send them more money and our sons and daughters they will lose and then Russia will take over the world.

2. How is it that we have to protect Palestine and stop the “Bad Jews” and yet y’all praise the complete destruction of Russia. It’s ok if Palestinians slaughter the people of Israel and the Azrov murder Russian citizens but yet y’all call it murder when the other side defends and tries to stop it.

So I think the left has almost figured it out. Where did the 20 million go, I think a better question would be where did the 20 million come from? If Hillary, Obama, and now 🐫la got 20 million less how did Biden get 20 million more. It’s not from voter suppression or Trump cheating. Are they that trying to say that 20 million people suddenly were eligible to vote, because in the last 3 elections Trumps numbers have been pretty consistent.

I can’t believe these people are actually doubling down on their rhetoric. It’s insane, Trump won the electoral, he won the popular for the first time in many republican wins. The left is still screaming their hate and end of the world hyperbole. If you don’t believe the election then contest it, just don’t do it in Michigan or several other blue states as it is against the law. See this is what happens when the left tries to hold control eventually the people say enough is enough and they rise up.

We have seen that in the end America can come together and decide what’s best for the country. America refused the leftist woke mind virus agenda. America got tired of the lefts hatred, hatred for the sanctity of life, hatred for the freedom of voice, hatred for the sanity of mind, and hatred for the people that wouldn’t bow down to your insanity. Oh and if you’re doubling down on your hatred, it isn’t going to make it any better. America I love you more today than at any other time in my life.

This is an epic night. It’s the first time I wear my May West to bed since the war. I see tears flowing like no other time in U.S. history. Gods speed y’all. Pray to waking up as happy as I am going to bed.

I see a mass egress of left accounts come November 6th. They have made the mistake of showing us all who they really are.

When did we turn our government into our leaders? This is really bothering me, they are supposed to be a government of the people, by the people, for the people, they are supposed to answer to us not the other way around. At some point in the 20th century they flipped from being our employees to being our rulers. There are examples of politicians back in the 18th, 19th, and even early 20th centuries being tarred and feathered or road out on the rail for doing the crap these guys are doing to us now. So when did they become greater than us, when did they ascend to beings above us? When did they lose a fear of the People. They no longer answer to the voice of the people they now will call on you to answer to them and if you don’t answer the way they like or want they have you arrested prosecuted and tossed in a hole. They vote for their own pay raises and vote for the rules that govern themselves, this makes absolutely no sense. Do you all know that back in the earlier days of our government they didn’t get a paycheck only the president did and that was because the presidents job required him to be present in the White House for the four years he was elected to Stand. Congress was a voluntary elected position and Congressmen were only required to be present when there was a vote. Y’all should really think on this- especially in this upcoming election who is for the people and who is for themselves.

So the left has gotten worse and worse over the years it really is quite unbelievable. They will actually fight to have the right to slaughter babies, and destroy children lives, they wish death on anyone that doesn’t follow their thinking. It’s hard to believe that in my lifetime things have changed so much and none of it for the better. In the last 150 years we made more progress up until the early 2000’s than mankind had made in the previous millennium. Since the early 21st century things have steadily declined that it’s starting to look like the second dark ages. I don’t know if can be fixed but I do know that if it continues to move in the direction it has over the last 20 years that there will be a battle between those that refuse the belief in Christ and those that believe he is our savior. I don’t know if this is the end times or just a little tribulation but I believe that now is the time to make things right in you life with God.
