Thank you for this thoughtful response, nobody is invalidating anyone’s feelings or experiences
I think the core issue here is this:
When words are said over & over again they become culture.
I do not think it is right for us to have a culture of “pregnancy is a death sentence” are there difficult pregnancies oh yes
Death sentence means the outcome is certain death
If we look at the statistics, there are more women who have had successful, seemingly normal pregnancies than the ones with “difficult pregnancies” or the ones that end with mortality
Someone here said she doesn’t like another woman because that woman independently posted “pregnancy is not a death sentence”
That is the core issue
Some people have posted and said “pregnancy is a death sentence” we need to end that rhetoric
And it doesn’t mean we are invalidating anybody’s experiences

Pregancy is a d€ath sentence
Yet Nigerian women are joining hallelujah challenge looking for “fruit of the womb”
How can something be a death sentence when you willingly open your legs to engage in sex & keep the result through out?
No 2 pregnancies are the same & no one is taking anyway anyone’s experience
But it is not a death sentence
This is not about being hung up on semantics
We need to quash nonsense rhetorics from taking place in our society
Even with all that schooling Rinu, you don’t understand simple English
Can Nigeria work on its mortality rates when it comes to pregnancy yes
But it is not a d€ath sentence
If it were your mother won’t have had you

I wish your mother took your advice
She should have saved the world from this stupidity
Now that the convulsing has reduced, below are stories of 2 women who lost their limbs and organs because they got pregnant.
1. In 2017, Kayleigh Ferguson-Walker, was around 6 months pregnant with her 2nd child when she suddenly became seriously ill. Her illness began like the flu: Her symptoms rapidly worsened, and she developed sepsis, a dangerous reaction to an infection that can cause organ failure and dangerously low blood pressure.
She lost her baby. Kayleigh’s condition deteriorated so severely that doctors placed her in a medically induced coma for 2 weeks.
She lost all 4 limbs: The severe disruption to her blood circulation caused tissue in her arms and legs to die. Doctors had to amputate both arms and both legs to save her life.
2. Brie Morgan Bauer, was 27 weeks pregnant with her third child in February 2024 when she suddenly became seriously ill. She developed severe complications from a rare Group A Streptococcus infection, which led to streptococcal toxic shock syndrome, a life-threatening condition. Her body went into shock, affecting her organs and blood circulation.
Doctors performed an emergency C-section on February 17, 2024. Her premature baby boy, Beau, survived, but she lost all 4 limbs. Brie was placed in a medically induced coma for around 10 days. Poor blood circulation caused severe damage to her limbs, and doctors had to amputate both arms below the elbows, her right leg at the hip, and her left leg above the knee. She also underwent a hysterectomy and additional surgeries.
However, the infection had also damaged her kidneys, leaving her dependent on regular dialysis. In March 2026, her older brother, George Morgan, donated a kidney to her, which was successful.
For the umpteenth time, mummy zee saying pregnancy is not a death sentence is not the main issue. It’s the fact that this statement undermines all the pains and losses other women have suffered just to birth a life. It was easy for her doesn’t mean others have it easy.
If after reading the stories of these 2 strong women, and you still don’t understand what I am saying, then the convulsion can continue.

Sometimes the problem isn’t that your team isn’t working hard enough.
It’s that the way the work is structured makes everything harder than it needs to be.
Before asking, “How do we get people to work harder?”
Ask
“Why does the work have to happen this way in the first place?”
I keep seeing people use this word “incel” as an insult
I know what it means but I honestly don’t get it
A random person airs his opinion on the internet & your best insult is that you think he cannot sleep with women even if he wants to?
Someone you don’t even know?

Ah guys incel loser says it isnt about gender and yet only the white man is allowed to be this trope lmao
Write your will ifeoma
Or don’t you have anything to will out?
“Cause every night I lie in bed
The brightest colours fill my head
A million dreams are keeping me awake
I think of what the world could be
A vision of the one I see
A million dreams is all it's gonna take”

According to the same UN report, women and girls accounted for one in four of over 37,000 civilian deaths in 2025. Men and boys were the remaining three-quarters. The report notes men are still likelier to be killed.

Moving error tracking to Argus:
1. Keep the Sentry SDK you already use
2. Swap the DSN for the one Argus gives you
3. Deploy
That's the migration. Node, Python, PHP, Go: same idea.
