The last pancake recipe you will ever need. No more pancake mix or other recipes. This is the one. Ingredients below:
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 cups whole milk
- 5 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon sugar (1:4 ratio)
- 3 tsp granulated sugar
- 1 lemon juice and zest
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 tbsp melted butter
Combine the wet and dry separately like I do and then combine slowly with a whisk by hand. Always have butter in the pan that is foamy and keep your pan on a gentle heat.

Buffalo hasn't made the playoffs since 2011... but
• they were the largest U.S. market for the 2026 Olympic Gold Medal Game
• In 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2022, 2023, 2024 Stanley Cup Finals they were the largest local viewership from a neutral market
• In 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019 they were the 3rd largest local viewership of any U.S. city for the complete postseason
• Game 1 tickets this year were $464 USD on average, the most of any team in the NHL
• they're projected as the largest U.S. market for the 2026 regular season
They're the most passionate American hockey city, hands down.

Take a whole bird and roast it at 300 degrees (covered) with a cup of water for 2 hours. Take it out and shred it. Melt a stick of butter and add 12 oz of your favorite hot sauce to the pot and whisk together for 5 minutes until combined. Mix together 8oz pepper jack cheese, 8oz cheddar cheese, 8oz soft cream cheese, 8oz bleu cheese, the shredded chicken, hot sauce and butter mixture, salt, pepper and some red pepper flakes. Add to your HexClad hybrid roasting pan and put in the oven uncovered for 20 minutes at 450 degrees. Garnish with chives and bleu cheese.
