And off we go 🚀
I built Liteo CRM for businesses where the sale is only the beginning.
Most CRMs track a contact, a deal, and whether the deal closed. Liteo also remembers what the customer bought, where it was installed, and when the next refill, service, or follow-up is due.
For example, if you sell an air purifier, Liteo can keep the model, installation location, and filter replacement schedule on the customer record. When the replacement is due, Liteo reminds you and helps prepare the next deal and draft quote.
With Liteo, you can:
• Manage contacts, businesses, deals, tasks, and pipelines
• Keep products and services in one catalog
• Create quotes, invoices, receipts, and credit notes
• Track products installed at each customer site
• Schedule service and refill reminders
• Capture leads and automate deal-stage actions
• Work in the regular dashboard
• Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or Codex through Liteo’s MCP server
The goal is simple: keep the first sale, the next service, and the repeat order in one place.

I applied to the Claude startups program last Wednesday. Never received a rejection. Never an approval.
Was just ghosted from the very beginning.
"humans suck at predicting stuff"
well said nathan, and there are countless examples that back what you've just said!

I was just denied a business loan of 2 million baht ($60k).
The business is healthy. The reason is a small formal error that the bank never pointed out during the application process. They said to come back in another year.
It's incredibly frustrating, because I had planned this cash to buy stock - eCom is capital intensive.
Quite a setback, and I'll have to get creative once more.
A few years ago this would have put me down for a good while. But after everything I've been through in business, it Just feels like one more hurdle to get over.
Taking today off to process it. Tomorrow I'm working on a solution full force. LFG 🚀

I feel tired today. Don't want to work.
But something in me tells me: if you're tired, then do it tired.
So let's go!

It took 4 revamps - now I am very happy with the page for Liteo CRM.
And I feel comfortable to send a lot of traffic to it. If you spot something that needs improvement, please let me know
Works well on X too
Want a TikTok to blow up?
Make people "fight" in the comments
Post something in your niche that half the audience will disagree with
If you have a kcal scanner:
- "Avocado toast is worse than a slice of pizza"
- "Rice or pasta, which one makes you fat?"
- "Rank these 5 breakfasts from best to worst"
Every angry comment tells the algorithm to push it further

The numbers speak for themselves
Entry-level job posts in NYC, in occupations with over 50% AI exposure, are falling fast:
→ Design, media and writing: -41%
→ Customer and client support: -34%
→ Clerical and administrative: -31%
→ Business management and operations: -27%
Every group in the chart is down, even sales (-10%)
The bright side is that this may push more people toward work that AI and robots are unlikely to replace any time soon and that we badly need more of:
→ care work
→ teaching
→ social work
→ skilled trades
That would be a real silver lining, and I think the future could be a lot brighter than it looks right now.

I just recorded my first app walkthrough of Liteo CRM. I want to put this on the website and on YouTube.
I hate recording myself, and I find it terrible. But I am probably the only one caring. It's 5:29 and certainly too long for you to watch, but if you think this requires a redo, please let me know.
AppSumo just rejected Liteo CRM which is sad news to be honest. They didn’t provide any reason.
I will keep fighting
