Every single customer and partner call @bachs_hq. I try to make people genuinely smile. A couple of jokes here and there to build close friendships
Sometimes I can't provide an answer to all their questions on call, I tell them "text me on Whatsapp, Let's get you what you need".
Let me tell you that there are builders out there with some fking crazy ideas.
I have heard some complex, ambitious, crazy things that have left me amazed and speechless.
When I receive their messages, I tell them.. "this might take a bit oo, but we will get you what you need"
