Last summer I asked my father: Do you notice as we get older, we just enjoy the quiet? (Note, I was the kid who talked a lot.) His reply, yup. Learn these life lessons early on 👇so you don't have to wait.
The longer I'm alive, the more I realize: Drama is a choice Quiet is underrated Mornings are magic Health is everything Most 'urgent' things aren't that important Saying no is a superpower Less really is more. You don’t need many friends, just a few good ones

Behind every high-performing founder is someone asking them hard questions.

Resilience isn't just about bouncing back, it's about bouncing forward. It's the ability to not only recover from setbacks but to emerge stronger, wiser, and more capable than before.

Boundaries aren't walls, they're gate keepers. They don't limit your opportunities; they open the doors to only the ones that align with your vision.

Overthinking is the enemy of action. Get out of your head and into your goals. Clarity comes from doing.

Time is money—if someone else can do a task better than you, outsource it. Free up your time for what truly matters. I call it the "LIMITLESS Lists". They are the lists that will set you free.

I just love seeing people helping others win.
I started working with my client, Magdalena 1 year ago. Just started her business. Still working a job. 0 followers. Now she: Has multiple $2500+/month clients. 64,000 LinkedIn followers. Quit her 9-to-5. Wholesome af.

Discipline is one of my favorite words. It's doing what needs to be done, even when it’s uncomfortable or inconvenient, because you understand the long-term payoff.

You've got to taste a few things to find your sweet spot. I did copywriting, website design, social media mgmt, and then dumped it all to start on my personal brand. Now I focus on helping clients design a life and brand they love. It takes time to figure it out.
"I've tried every online business but nothing works..." Most stay stuck at 0 because they're following the same path as everyone: 1. Chase the business model promising to get rich quick. 2. Try it for a few weeks. 3. Lose interest because the work is boring/sucks. 4. Quit. 5. See the next shiny object. 6. Repeat. I know this because I did the same damn thing: • Web design (lasted 1 month) • iPhone repair (lasted 2 months) • Day trading (lasted 3 weeks) • Amazon FBA (lasted... you get the point) Here's what nobody tells you. It’s not about finding the "perfect" business model promising passive income. It's about finding work that aligns with who you are. When I failed at all those businesses, I blamed myself for being a potato who “didn’t have what it takes.” But the reality? I hated the work that the business model required. But when I found ghostwriting? I genuinely enjoyed learning about people's stories and expertise. Writing felt natural. The challenges became fun puzzles instead of torture. Suddenly "consistency" wasn't a battle anymore. Because the work itself gave me energy instead of draining it. That's when I started to make the infamous wifi money. The fastest way to make money is to find work you'd do even if you weren't getting paid. For you it could be ghostwriting... Or it could be grabbing a jar of peanut butter and going nuts on OnlyFans (I’m not judging). But when you enjoy the work, you'll outlast everyone else. While they quit and hop to the next shiny object, you'll be building something real. The money follows the alignment. Not the other way around. Think about that next time you're tempted to start a business just because some guru flexed their Lambo.

It doesn't have to be complicated to build something great.
You wanna know what's better than complexity? Insane simplicity. Most founders overcomplicate everything. They build complex solutions to simple problems. But the best founders? They make the complex feel effortless. No confusion. No chaos. Just crystal clear systems that set you free. Take radical responsibility for everything. Your results. Your systems. Your freedom. No excuses. No blame. No bullshit. Winners own their outcomes. The best founders stay humble. They know what they don't know. They seek wisdom. They embrace feedback. They never stop learning. Growth happens outside your comfort zone.

Here’s what keeps me accountable. It’s great to be in a tribe of likeminded people all looking to build while living life on their terms.
A manifesto for the next generation of founders: You shouldn't have to choose between success and freedom. Something has gone terribly wrong with entrepreneurship. We've been sold a lie. That burnout is the price of progress. That loneliness is the cost of leadership. That chaos is the path to success. We're here to change that. The old way of building businesses is dead. • Working 16-hour days. • Worshipping the hustle. • Sacrificing relationships. • Living in constant overwhelm. There has to be a better way. And there is. Success, like anything else, is a system. An operating system. One that frees you instead of trapping you. Imagine a world where: • Work feels like play • Systems eliminate chaos • Freedom isn't just a dream • Every day feels like retirement • Your business runs without you This isn't fantasy. This is the future we're building. We believe: • Systems beat hustle • Simplicity beats complexity • Freedom beats fame • Calm beats chaos • Life beats work We're building a movement. Of founders who demand more. Who refuse to sacrifice their lives at the altar of success. Who know there's a better way. This isn't just about building better businesses. It's about building better lives. It's about creating true freedom. It's about changing what it means to be a founder. The future belongs to founders who: • Build beautiful systems • Create on their terms • Live with intention • Lead with wisdom • Choose freedom You can have it all: A thriving business. A life of adventure. Deep relationships. True freedom. Inner peace. The systems exist. The path is clear. The time is now. We're looking for 100 million founders ready to join the revolution at @founderos. To build something different. To live differently. To lead differently. Are you one of them?

Life goals. It never feels like work to me. And nope, never retiring.
As soon as work becomes play you have effectively retired.
