If I'm understanding the latest reports right:
• Saudi Arabia made an alliance with Pakistan and Turkey, made a big deal out of it, rather than just signing the Abraham Accords like a smart country.
• The Houthies began kicking their asses.
• Both "alliance member" sent thoughts and prayers and refused to help out.
• Then, Saudi turned to Israel for help.
Does that roughly cover it?

What is the "Mecca Agreement" worth if it doesn't work when Mecca is literally under attack?
They wanted the UAE out, they left Yemen and OPEC ✌️
Saudi is in massive danger.
Yemen is now bombing the hell out of multiple cities across Saudi.
Jeddah, Yanbu, Al Ula and Mushait are on fire.
This is one of the largest missile strikes Yemen has carried out so far.
32 civilians have been killed.
Residential homes and vehicles are also being bombed.
These are retaliatory strikes for the 64 airstrikes carried out yesterday by Saudi and the Saudi backed Yemeni government.
Fresh bombings on Taiz, Lahj, Al Jawf, Marib and Hodeidah have just begun.
The next 24 hours could be devastating for Saudi.

If Carney pulls that off it’d be incredible.
It would allow:
-Canadians to visit and *work in* the EU/EEA visa free.
-Canadian defense companies to be a priority provider in Europe.
-Europeans to have visa free tourism in Canada and accelerated immigration.
-Open up Canada to competition in banking which is currently a monopoly.
-Expand free trade agreements in the EEA which has a very different product footprint than Canada.
All while not taking on the economic risk of having the Euro because it’s only an associated member.
It benefits Europe.
But it REALLY benefits Canada.
Anyone who has anything bad to say about this is parroting talking points without understanding any of the economic or policy impacts.

who then got elected with a minority government but stole a majority through floor crossing

all without parliament in session?

They are turning the holdout into a villain for simply caring about the details of the crime.
He was likely trying to show that Clancy had to apply constant pressure to the exercise bands for several minutes. She did not just tie them around her children’s necks and walk away, as the defense claimed.
But it’s somehow worse to talk about the brutality of the murders than to actually commit them.

A grand total of four Palestinians died last year as a result of “Settler Violence,” and most if not all of those who died were killed by Jews in self defense.
So the UK sanctions Israel.
Maybe it should first sanction itself for failing to protect its Jewish citizens against Islamic radical violence before it gets involved in the local law enforcement of a foreign ally.
