I usually keep an emergency bag stocked with everything i might need to get through a few days in case of a disaster or other unexpected situations. But given the current situation, i think it's time to extend those preparations to at least a month.

My female friend met her now-fiancé there 3 years ago.
How?
She saw him running, wrote down his bib number, looked him up after, found his Instagram and DM’d him.
They’re getting married.
Remember: it’s only creepy if you’re unattractive.
Shoot your shot. bib numbers could be the new Hinge.
Being WNI should be at the top of this list.

It's never too late to build muscle, and some of the best proof comes from people in their 90s. Frail nursing home residents who averaged 90 years old did eight weeks of heavy strength training, and their strength nearly tripled on average, and their thigh muscle grew and their walking got faster too.
Many people assume that past a certain age, losing muscle is just something to accept. I think that belief is one of the biggest obstacles to healthy aging, because strength is what keeps a person independent.
Lift something heavy a few times a week at any age, and add weight as it gets easier.

Regular strength and aerobic exercise are associated with a better-functioning brain in middle age.
Women who did resistance training regularly had faster reaction times than those who did aerobic exercise or no exercise at all. Regular exercise of any type was associated with better working memory, with the clearest association among older participants.
This was a cross-sectional study of women aged 35-63. But it's hardly specific to this female age group.
Brain health is one of the main reasons I exercise. And, as I’ve discussed, the older brain remains capable of responding too. In a separate randomized trial I cite often, a year of aerobic exercise increased hippocampal volume by about 2%. That’s a region critical for learning and memory.
All types of exercise deserve a spot in the conversation about brain health, though it's interesting to see there may be some domain-specific effects!
The amount of trauma this regime puts us through should be enough to awaken our Mangekyo Sharingan without even trying.

Meskipun diangkat dari kisah nyata, gw lebih mellihat film ini sbg film edukasi. Kalo gak salah udah ada di Vidio.
