Marcel Reed had his worst start of the season with two interceptions, including a pick-six, in the first five minutes.
He’s responded with two touchdown drives each lasting five-plus minutes.
Excellent response.

Five drives for Texas A&M through the first 20 minutes of the game today.
Average Number of Plays Per Drive: 4
Average Yards Gained Per Drive: 8
Average Time of Possession: 2:00
First Downs: 1
Not good.
Texas A&M ran the ball, including scrambles, on around 67% of their plays in the first half. The Aggies were around 52% through the first four games, per my math.
The commitment to the run paid off with arguably the team’s most impressive offensive half of the season.

The challenge is overturned. This is DeMeco Ryans FIRST challenge won since 2023!
Helluva find by @thepeterwarren
Texas A&M has had three of its six drives today effectively end with either a Marcel Reed interception or incompletion.
That last fourth down miss was particularly deflating for a team down 21-7 at home against a first-year head coach in his first road game.
