so that store I ordered from finally shipped out my item. After I told them i would be filing a refund with Paypal if the item was not shipped by thursday (day 13). And it turns out they lied to me. Its shipping out of toronto. They told me they had to ship it to bc first.

This is a good chance to say that if you are shopping online and paypal is one of the processors you should use them. They have better consumer protection then some credit card companies. I can still dispute the item until april of 2027.

One of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had recently happened to me. Been saving up for a few months. And wanted to buy a quite pricey hobby grade RC. My local shop didn't stock. So I looked online. And fell for s.e.o.

Never in 15 years of online shopping has a domestic retailer took over 3 business days to ship an in-stock product. I've had products arrive through aliexpress in China arrive sooner. Avoid big boys with cool toys. They are a crappy company.
