Maj, even the people complaining about the “inaccurate” description of the video in some people’s tweets agree that there was a video of the shot, but that it was zoomed out and not definitively Tyler. Not sure why the lawyer answered that way, but I don’t think it’s disputed that there’s a video of the moment. What is disputed is the clarity and whether or not it definitively shows that it was Tyler.
