KARL: Do you support Trump banning news organizations because he doesn't like what they're reporting? SCALISE: Look, Joe Biden removed the press credentials from over 400 different agencies KARL: That's not true. 400 reporters who had credentials didn't reapply. They weren't banned from the White House. That did not happen.

Whoa. Chris Simms punching until his arms had nothing left. Obliterated the Ted Cruz appearance on ESPN's College Gameday last week, lobbying for the Protect College Sports Act. The line telling Cruz to go back to Cancun like he did when people in Texas were freezing … savage.

The president said it plainly in the Oval Office, describing his own planned action as a “ban on the free press.” The Constitution protects the freedom of the press from government interference. That protection does not depend on whether the president likes a news organization’s coverage, agrees with its reporting, or approves of the questions its journalists ask. This is about more than the rights of journalists. It is about the right of the American people to receive a full and independent account of the activities, policies and decisions of whoever occupies the nation’s highest office. The WHCA stands in defense of our colleagues at CNN, MSNOW, and POLITICO who are being singled out for doing their jobs. - Jacqui Heinrich, WHCA President

Vance claims Trump "made sure that we banned Wall Street from buying up America's homes" (Trump refused to sign the bipartisan housing bill that did this)

His stupidity is just staggering. This is the equivalent of saying "If I spend $9000 a year at the grocery store and I say 'I'm not going to buy groceries anymore,' I don't lose $9000 a year." When Americans buy stuff from foreign companies, they are not "losing" money - they're exchanging money for goods or services they want or need. There is no loss.
Trump: "If we lose $50 billion a year with a country, and we say 'we're not going to trade with you anymore,' we don't lose $50 billion a year. It's very simple. Right?"

The blood of all the children who die from RFK Jr’s anti-vax rhetoric is on his hands
RFK Jr: "We care about every child who dies from measles. They get headlines. We should care about the children who are dying or suffering or being injured by vaccine injuries."

The hypocrisy, cowardice, culpability, dishonesty, & corruption of my former political party, in a perfect nutshell: @KatieBrittforAL publicly - “Donald Trump is all wise & all knowing. His tariffs are WONDERFUL!” Katie Britt privately - “Please, please exempt Alabama manufacturers from these harmful tariffs.”👇

My three-year-old was at the Ed Sheeran concert when she turned to me gravely and asked "Daddy, why isn't the nice white rapper performing?" And when I told her "Because an old guy who visits teen-aged prostitutes had him cancelled," she started crying.

That's our DNC Associate Chair @RepBeatty taking on Donald Trump—and winning again. He tried to bully and intimidate her. She didn’t flinch. She fought back and beat him. Trump picked the wrong fight. Joyce Beatty won it. @realDonaldTrump is once again a loser, big time.
Rep. Beatty on what Trump said on a call today about the Kennedy Center: "He wanted to blame me if someone died, if something happened, if the ceiling fell in. And I reminded him he has us at war and people are dying."

Ossoff: Blanche is a joke and a hack. These folks are not just corrupt, they're clowns. Here you have a Kremlin connected Russian oligarch giving massive cash gifts to the president's son… It costs more now than ever before in American history to stock your fridge, to power your home, to buy school supplies for your kid. They throw a two day party in Texas and claim this is a golden age.
