Console sales remain constrained by supply, with more demand than consoles available. We’re working to get more consoles into players’ hands, including through our expanded refurbishment program. We’re making progress, with a lot more work ahead.

Xbox' current strategy is to retain current users and stop them from leaving. Well we're coming back to Xbox. The past month has been a frenzy of game purchases (ouch) due to Xbox disc to digital program. Nothing beats that. All new games with discs are going to be Xbox buys.
