"Thousif is really hands on and cares about your app growth."
Here's why.
Growth Hacking Lab is my only business. So every founder in there gets my full attention.
Got an app and no clue how to get users? Come hang out. Link below.
We're in week 1 of the Downloads Challenge in my community.
Everyone picks one channel and spends 30-60 min a day on it, all of November. A few of the commitments:
→ Cleaning app: Apple Ads, every day. Started at 62 installs a day, hit 80 on day 2.
→ Gym tracker: 166 downloads last month, going for 1,000 in 30 days.
→ Book tracker: Instagram Reels, 3 days a week.
One member told me "This challenge is the reason I signed up!"
A member in my community translated his app into 15 languages and shared the real numbers.
It's a cleaning app with 9,756 downloads. 2,194 of them came from non-English App Stores, so +30% on top of English.
→ Dutch: 757 downloads, $1,962
→ German: 345 downloads, $571
→ Japanese: 338 downloads, $481
Spanish and Portuguese brought downloads but very little money.
He gave every language its own title, subtitle and keyword field.

Surprised to see so many people writing about how AI killed their business depending on Google.
I ran a site with 1 million visitors a month. We were losing traffic even before ChatGPT launched.
I switched to another business. The writing was on the wall for a long time.
Why was it so hard for people to understand?
It's been almost 4 years since ChatGPT launched. Microsoft just offered buyouts to a quarter of the company.
Honestly, I thought this would have happened long back.
I'm still surprised to see software engineers having jobs.
This is what iOS founders inside our Growth Hacking Lab talk about on a Tuesday.
The @RevenueCat report, line by line.
235 founders deciding on paywalls, trial length and pricing right now.
If you build for subscription apps, this is the room.

Probably the most ironic app success story of 2026:
This app is making $330K/month just 9 months after launch
The app? Instagram, but with the Reels deleted

I built a Claude skill that makes App Store screenshots.
You paste your App Store link. It sends back 6 frames, ready to upload.
Before giving it to my community, I tested it on members' apps. This is one of them.
Top is what's live. Bottom is what came back from the link alone.
Probably the fastest app success story of 2026:
This app is making $363K/month just 3 months after launch
The app? Duolingo, but for sign language

Most founders make their App Store screenshots once, in an afternoon, and never touch them again.
It's the first thing a stranger judges your app on.
So I built a Claude skill for it. Paste your link, get 6 new frames. Here's what it did for 4 apps in my community.
Want it on yours? Link below.
Probably the most niche app success story of 2026:
This app is making $117K/month just 10 weeks after launch
The app? Duolingo, but only for Irish
And it's running zero Meta ads.

Drop your App Store link below.
I'll run my screenshot skill on 3 of them this weekend and reply with what comes back. Your old screenshots next to the new ones.
Free. I just want to see it on more apps.
Probably the weirdest app success story of 2026:
This app is making $111K/month just 5 months after launch
The app? Tamagotchi, but it helps you drink less

the downloads challenge in one tweet:
- pick one channel
- block 30-60 min a day
- copy a format that already worked for another app
- post it
- write down your downloads
do that for 30 days, then compare nov 30 to nov 1.
starts nov 2 👇
