Apparently you bought Dust Cover for your suffering paying members during a bad spell, results have got way worse since then yet there's barely an update posted about the horse anymore, and no badges even offered for the last few runs, why is this please?

What in the hell is going on? 14 months ago you showed us that 5/2 & under bets were making a loss so would be scaling them back, now you're clearly struggling in general & 6 of the last 12 bets have been under 5/2 with just 1 winning, please make it make sense

Hi, are you sending messages out about ways you're looking to improve the service as it's 6+ weeks now since you said it? Also is there any reasoning for the big reduction in no. of bets and general lack of communication, would be good to understand why, cheers!
