I just want to share my LP journey from last month. I started August with $47.88 because that was the balance I had left in this wallet. you can see my positions from the start of the month here.
I kept growing my capital over time. and ya, like that good boy said, “crypto is a game.” sometimes I win, sometimes I lose. so my results were just so-so until around august 19. I also went to MET Bali around that time, so I wasn’t active for a few days because I spent a lot of time meeting and connecting
I got back into LP on August 25 because I saw that the volume was really high. and ya, I made quite a lot in the few days before the end of the month. I was mainly focused on compounding and taking advantage of the volume on tokens. just do spray and pray.
The market was in ez mode at that time, so I was able to make that much. but it also affected how I played afterward. because I felt like making a lot of profit was really easy during those few days and when I got rugged, I didn’t cl right away. I kept holding the position even though I should have cl already. I think like when you get something easily, you start taking it less seriously and become careless about it. that’s what happened to me.
I started having that mindset after I had already made a lot of profit that day. I felt like even if I got rugged, I still had the capital I made earlier that day. that was really bad, and I realized it. but even so, I still managed to secure $2.55k in profit in August. managing my capital well and making sure I can keep what I’ve made is still my number one priority.
For the next few days, I probably won’t be doing LP as often as before. I have a full-time job outside of crypto, and at the same time, I’m also in my final semester of university. My lecturer has already contacted me about continuing my final thesis, which has been unfinished for way too long. My mom would be really happy if I finally finished my degree, so I want to make her proud and finish it soon. I want to get it done as soon as possible so I can enjoy my time after that without having to think about it anymore. so ya, I’m trying not to do LP too often for now because it’s honestly addictive and sometimes it distracts me from my irl stuff.

We talk about anything related to LP there. don’t worry if you don’t know anything about LP, because I also only joined in May this year and had no experience with crypto before that. I learned a lot from this community. You can learn a lot of valuable things for free, and you might also meet a lot of new people. There are many people there who are really good at LP and have a lot of experience. They’re really friendly and always willing to share what they know.
