I swear whoever made protein bread is the devil (that shit's disgusting).
But on the other hand, protein bagels are my hero 🥯
Blasting my gay little Tate McRae playlist in my headphones at the gym right next to the gym bros always hits like 💅💅💅
Session #3 on the strength machines.
Cardio's not the only thing I do at the gym anymore 💪

Gay body standards can be so crazy. It sucks to say, but losing 65 lbs finally got me comfortable enough to wear Speedos for the first time this summer. And I'm proud that I did.
But skinny or some extra weight, no one should be judged or feel like they don't belong.
For some context: When I gained weight, people had a lot to say, and I left social media. I wasn't comfortable enough to wear a Speedo, or even be on social media, until I lost it. No amount of self-care got me there. That's what sucks.
I know plenty of people are where I was. Gain muscle, lose weight, or maintain the body you have. All valid.
And when you're in your "ideal" shape, don't push others to look like you.
Body shaming is a huge problem in our community. Don't be part of it.
Had to turn comments off on my Speedo post.
I used to have 80K followers on here. When I gained weight, people had a lot to say, and I left. I wasn't comfortable enough to wear a Speedo, or even be on X, until I lost it. No amount of self-care got me there. That's what sucks.
