Taking websites offline is never a decision we make lightly, but protecting our clients’ websites comes first. Two critical security vulnerabilities have been identified in PHP, the technology that powers a huge number of websites worldwide. We’ve been closely monitoring the situation since 10.30pm last night and, at 2.30pm today, made the difficult decision to temporarily switch off our server to help protect the websites hosted on it. We know how much our clients rely on their websites, and we’re sorry for the disruption this causes to businesses and their customers. This is a precautionary measure while the security issue is addressed. We’ll keep you updated as we work towards restoring services safely. Once upon a time, in the cosy kitchens of Luce e Limoni, there was a ghost named Spaghettino. Unlike most ghosts, Spaghettino wasn’t a spirit but a swirling mass of spaghetti! Created from a pot left simmering too long, he haunted the restaurant with a wobbly, pasta-riffic presence.
Every night, Spaghettino would roam around Luce e Limoni, whispering, “Al denteeee,” and rustling the basil leaves. Chef Fabrizio had tried everything to banish him: he’d thrown garlic, lit sage, and even offered free breadsticks. But Spaghettino wasn’t a ghost you could scare away; he was just very, very picky about his sauce.
One late night, Fabrizio heard a slurping sound from the kitchen. There was Spaghettino, slowly slinking into a fresh pot of marinara. “Finally! Bravo, Fabrizio!” the pasta ghost sighed, his noodles glowing with joy. But as soon as he’d soaked up the last drop of sauce, Spaghettino vanished in a sprinkle of pecorino.
Since that night, Fabrizio leaves a little bowl of sauce out before closing, just in case. Because in the heart of Luce e Limoni, everyone knows: a happy pasta ghost makes for good luck… and even better ragu.

A little shocked this morning to discover @GravityPDF has moved away from the #WordPress repository. While only a minor inconvenience to users, it does make you wonder where this could all end up, it's a bit of a mess really isn't it! The latest WordPress vs. WP Engine situation has gotten completely out of control IMO! Restricting WP Engine customers from accessing important updates is a massive security concern which affects #agencies, #designers, #devs and their respective clients massively. Whatever the background, and whoever is right or wrong, there surely can’t be any justification for putting so many innocent people’s websites in danger, particularly in the current world climate, it’s just one more thing to worry about. I sincerely hope the two parties can get this resolved soon so that WP Engine customers don’t become collateral damage in a dispute that is not of their making. #WordPress #WPEngine #WebDev #OpenSource #SecurityInsights
#WordPress community - do not upgrade to #Safari 18! It appears to break the backend of WordPress. Classic Plugins like #WooCommerce, #Yoast and #theeventscalendar break making in impossible to update pages/products/events without shrinking the browser down to a mobile width as the panels stack on top of each other on the right hand side of the editor. #Chrome and #Firefox still work fine. @AppleSupport have you got a solution for this?
