I'm so angry. My wife and I pay at least 70k taxes on our wages every year. Taxes don't stop there, we pay taxes on our cars, on our fuel, on our home, on our rent, we pay taxes on every single thing we buy with our already heavily taxed wages. All these taxes are at some of the highest rates anywhere in the world.
We do so begrudgingly with the understanding that this money is supposed to make other Irish people's lives better. Now what we all knew was happening has been revealed. They try their best to hide it from us but part of the story has been let out.
Our taxes are going to pay for homes for foreigners, not Irish people, complete foreigners and enormous numbers of them. 42% of the Dublin City Council list is complete foreigners, no doubt many of the Irish citizens on the list are also foreigners given Irish passports by our government. They have given out a quarter of a million of these in the last 20 years, and 30,000 last year alone.
We get literally nothing back from our taxes. We have private health insurance, we pay for our GP visits and prescriptions. We pay both a mortgage and rent due to the Dublin-central nature of our nation. We have had to leave our home communities to the capital to try and get ahead.
But our government has decided to allow hundred of thousands of complete foreigners live in our country and make us pay for it.
I drive around North Dublin and don't even recognise the country I'm in half of the time. There are Indians and Africans everywhere. There are types of foreigners from far flung places I've no idea where they are even from.
There is no fairness. There is no reward for hard working people. Our government are just handing our money and our country away to foreigners and to rub salt in the wounds I now feel like a complete stranger in my own country.

Why on earth am I, a citizen of this republic, commuting and working all week long & paying a ton of taxes, just for my government to then give brand new houses at very low rents to non-citizens??

Wel done to PATRIOTS of Netherlands!
The only flag I want to see in Ireland is the tricolour 🇮🇪.
I have no problem people supporting Palestine but please fuck off and do it in Palestine. 🍀🤞🏻

I’m in Balbriggan this morning, a town in north county Dublin 🇮🇪
I haven’t been here in a while, but I can hardly believe my eyes.
Walking on the Main Street of the town, every single person is Indian, black, or Muslims wearing hijabs.
I literally cannot believe the lack of Irish people walking in this town. It’s just astonishing to see. It’s like Bradford.

Does this look like they have any interest whatsoever in sorting out immigration....

Finally, the fact that asylum seekers have been voting in Irish local elections for over 20 years appears to be gaining some traction.
But, it gets worse.
Not only can they vote in local elections, asylum seekers can also contest Irish local elections.
In 2019 Malawian woman Ellie Kisyombe became the first female asylum seeker to contest an election. The far-left Social Democrats put her forward, but all was not well behind the scenes.
A bit of digging into her back story revealed that she arrived in Ireland in 2011 on a student visa. A few months later she travelled to the UK and claimed asylum, but she was deported back to Ireland by UK border control. Then she claimed asylum in Ireland.
This scandal resulted in several board members of the Social Democrats resigning in shame.
Kisyombe also assaulted a woman while she was awaiting her asylum decision in Ireland. She walked free, no conviction.

This makes me sick to my stomach.
5,500 migrants, who’ve absolutely no connection with Ireland, have been given Irish citizenship today.
The Irish govt is a trying to wipeout our country, its people and its culture, and mainstream media is complicit.
Many of us are still fighting for Ireland’s future and we will NEVER give up 🇮🇪

Day 5:
Still not a word out of mainstream media about the latest social housing statistics released by DCC.
But yet earlier this summer in June, when councillors in Kerry requested similar data it was headline news for both Newstalk, Irish Independent and others.
Their silence now is deafening.
What are we doing in this country.

We stand with Ed. He played a brilliant concert in Thomond Park when he visited during his tour! 🏟☘️💚
The woke mob trying to cancel @edsheeran is such a pity. Just because he didn’t want to be drawn into a public political row, they’re out to cancel him. They’re an absolute embarrassment.
Wanting a gig to stay a gig, not a rally, shouldn’t be treated like a moral crime. Not every artist has to become a spokesperson on demand.
Stay strong and true Ed, the majority are with you. 🇮🇪🤝⭐️

An absolute vile disgrace @FineGael @FiannaFail - turns out housing the entire world for free has consequences

Making a mess of Housing delivery while having wide open borders, should make current members of Government banned for life from running in an election

What could be worse than hordes of predatory random foreign men roaming around eyeing up your daughters?
Being called racist, of course.

This is Rachel from Piddington
Rachel campaigns for Palestine and supported illegal migrants coming in
Rachel however doesn’t wish for these migrants to live near her, only near you
Don’t be like Rachel from Piddington.

Piddington have voted to leave the United Kingdom 😂
The very same people that voted Lib Dem’s.
As I have said for years, it’s amazing how the do gooders change their opinion when it affects them.
Refugees welcome here- but not on my doorstep!

This scandal should be the topic of every conversation. 8.8% Somalis waiting on social housing. Over 40% on waiting lists are not irish. How many of the Irish counted are even actually Irish.
Any other country would riot. We just seem to bend over and accept.
