Just took on management of this 18 unit in Van Nuys. We had nicer planters but people kept destroying them. We put these in and handfuls of the rocks kept getting thrown across the courtyard. Any suggestions? Preferably comical AI photos.

Remove the planters entirely, the residents there are clearly not of the quality of people that need or deserve planters
