Di sisain nasi dan lauk pun enggak. Terus emak gue dateng-dateng nanya, "kok nasinya gak ada? Adekmu nanti makan apa?" Lha kocak, gue aja kaga makan nasi di rumah weh. Tuh nasi emang gak ada dari tadi. Bukan gue yg ngabisin?????? Giliran gue yg gak kebagian makanan aja lu diem.

And today, i spent the whole day going home, taking care of all the things that needed to be done, and celebrating my birthday at my mom’s new home. I cried a little there (A LOT, actually). Just missing her a little.

I just wanted to celebrate my birthday at my mom’s new home. Ever since she got sick (4-5 years), she never remembered my bday anymore (Not a big deal, since i could make myself happy and make her happy too.) I never reminded her either because i didn’t want her to feel guilty.

The only thing on my mind before today was that i had to prepare for the one-year memorial of my mom’s passing. I have to take care of everything on my own, literally EVERYTHING, so i felt like my birthday didn’t need to be made into a big deal.
