#forgottensoulshour Born in 2019, BAILEY is a large mixed breed lad looking for his soulmate who will understand his guarding issues, & with whom he can share a quiet, probably rural life. Could that be you? Bailey is always delighted to see people, he absolutely adores being cuddled, he's a confident dog – not scared or nervous at all. He’s energetic at playtime & loves zooming around in the paddock or chasing a ball. He looks so pleased, with his tongue lolling out when he’s nice & tired, an obedient dog who walks very well on the lead. Bailey has lived in a home before, both with & without other dogs. He developed guarding behaviours in both environments. He is currently living in kennels where the opportunity for this is reduced but is still in evidence, particularly with high value lasting treats like bones. BDRUK are looking for an experienced, understanding owner for Bailey (possibly a single person), who is prepared to work with the likelihood of this arising again. In particular, his rescue would suggest he is not given bones or high value lasting treats. Although Bailey is not dog reactive & happily ignores his kennel neighbours, rescue expect he would be best suited as an only dog. He could live in a family with children aged 16 plus. #forgottensoulshour ROCKY is a partially sighted, German Shepherd beauty who is in foster in #Coventry. Having worked for most of his life as a security dog for a business in Spain, Rocky has been carefully trained & is sociable, friendly & calm when meeting people. He accepts his treats very politely, travels beautifully in the car, & is quiet & restrained in the house, (except when he plays & then he is very vocal!). ☺️ Rocky loves to be involved in everything that is going on & would happily do activities such as scent training & obedience. His love of food makes training even easier! He loves to be around his humans, but can become anxious & bark when he is not around them, or when they are close by but not in reach. Although retired, Rocky is healthy, active, playful & very mobile, not showing any signs of slowing down. He was retired because he has Pannus (inflammation of the cornea). This is easily managed with eye drops & ointment (approximately £56 per month), & does not stop this wonderful gent living a full life. Aky is in foster in #Wiltshire He absolutely loves life and is super friendly. His foster has done a brilliant job with his basic training. He has alot of energy and gets very excited for his walks. He is pretty much housetrained now with the odd accident

His foster says he is one of the nicest puppies she has had. River is very sociable, lives with lots of other dogs, & sleeps at night with the cats. Lady is one of the sweetest dogs in the shelter. ❤️🐾
Another volunteer told me I HAD to go meet her, and the moment I did, I knew she was special.
Today, I decided to bring her out during my Live so we could all meet her together. And I think it’s safe to say we all fell in love with her right then and there. 🥹❤️All Lady wanted was to be close to me. She is so affectionate, so gentle, and so full of love. She spent the entire time on my lap, giving me kisses and asking to be held. All she wanted was to feel loved.💔💔💔She is only 9 months old and is already experiencing the stress of living in a shelter surrounded by hundreds of other dogs, waiting and hoping someone will give her a chance. 💔
Whoever adopts this little girl, please know that you will be incredibly lucky. Lady has so much love to give, and she deserves a family who will cherish her as much as she will cherish them.

Willow is a 9 month old female Lurcher mix. She is available and looking for a new home as her owner is unwell.
Willow is good with other dogs and kids, she is also healthy with no medical issues.
She is chipped.
She eats a diet of dry food and sleeps in her owners room at night.
Willow is registered with the vets and loves meeting new people.
She is up to date with her vaccinations.
On the lead she can pull a bit when she is returning home. She does have some recall.
Willow loves the car.
She isn’t use to cats.
She isn’t really scared of anything. She loves attention and a cuddle.

Louie, believed #stolen from the decking of a holiday cabin at #CroptonForestHolidayPark near #Pickering, #NorthYorks on Tuesday, 4 August 2026. He had a collar on with owner's phone number embroidered on it, he was microchipped & also had a "Crumb" tag on, which was scanned shortly after he disappeared although no one came forward to hand him over. #k9hour 3yo medium/large sized lass OREO was rescued from the home of a terrible woman who took dogs off the street or from people who didn’t want them any more, then just chained them up in her yard & hardly fed them. When it was found out what she was doing, rescuers & police went in & the woman was prosecuted & sent to prison. Most of the dogs were thin & half starved. Since Oreo was rescued, despite everything, she has shown what a wonderful nature she has, is good with people & other dogs, & walks on the lead. She can be cat tested if needed. #k9hour 2yo big lass IZZY gets along well with both male & female dogs. While she may be a bit hesitant around new people at first, she warms up quickly. Food is a big motivator for Izzy - she loves to eat & gets excited at mealtimes! However, she can be protective of her food bowl & may need to be fed separately until she feels secure. Despite being a bit reserved at first, Izzy enjoys cuddles & affection once she feels comfortable. Izzy's background is a bit rough - she was abandoned in a field & had to rely on the kindness of a stranger for food. Luckily, she was taken in by one of ABLDR's rescuers. Izzy is a quiet, laid-back dog who would thrive in a peaceful countryside setting & enjoy plenty of love & company.
