Today we are relaunching @Boski
Here is the no bullshit summary:
- We launched Boski in September as a long running agent that helps you reach your goals
- It didn’t work that well. We tried to keep our costs low and couldn’t create a great experience that we get from other agents like Instinct or Muse
- Today we are killing that version and launching a generalized personal agent that is as good as Instinct, has a free plan and is dead simple to use.
- We are also launching our mobile app (TestFlight for now, still waiting for the app review)
- We have a ton of launches prepared for next weeks so stay tuned, super excited to bring them to life

Greate event about FDE role and future organized by @woocash_j . Thanks for having me there
250 sign-ups, there is 10 people with this job in Poland. Can feel the 1000% growth.
Emerging themes from our FDE panel:
+ Empathetic hyper-optimizers
+ Excitement engines (hackathons, high agency champions)
+ Strategic selection of meaningful features
+ Pulling aces all the time (marketplacing, modularity)
+ Customer-lingual (like really speaking their vocab)
+ Read to pull 20hr in one go to the the thing done
From training Apex to custom deployments in NFZ, we want through it all.
Made me much more confident that we will be a country of stoked FDEs.

A coding team that never logs off.
Queue tasks, hand over GitHub, Jira or Linear issues, or let automations start runs on a schedule.
cezar drains the queue in parallel worktrees, runs your checks after every step, and has the PRs waiting for review when you are back.

And next month @piotrkarwatka and @PatrykLDev r speaking in NY
I guess people REALLY wanna get their hands on Cezar
Glad to be along for the ride. Food is great

100 days streak achieved internally 😎
Day by day, building an overnight success.
Hate your boss? Maybe you need a new boss, not a startup.
Running a company means every problem nobody else can solve lands on your desk.
Before you quit, ask: If I loved my boss, my team and my work, would I still want to build my own thing?

We’re introducing auto-merge for agent-written PRs in Cezar. Not all of them, and not all at once: only fixes, only in a chosen area, only under rules a machine can check.
ADE building log, DAY 2/30
Here’s how we’re approaching it 👇 I will love to hear a feedback!

88% of VC-backed founders who exited their companies got $0. Eduardo Azevedo and Kent Smetters analysed 157,669 startups and 248,454 founders from 1987 to 2025.
Let that sink in...

I just fired myself.
hear me out.
I noticed I’ve been the bottleneck for my work. Client sent me feedback, I pasted it into Claude, then pretended to read changelog before mergning.
So then, like many on webz, I decided to fire myself and let Claude work on a client feedback on its own.
but then i though, lets take it a step further
Im gonna take a new project, and ship it from the very start to the very end without reading a single email
fully without knowing whats actually going on
but to not go totally crazy on it I’d define guardrails, like skills and workflows and then just let it run it on auto
so I launched it, and
my citeria was super simple: If I dont have to read a single email, its a pass
and guys I’m two months in, and client just called me to say they are extremelly happy with results
so, i checked the repo, and yea it started to ship a bit more features than we had in a contract, but hey, I dont have babysit it, client is happy. I’d say its fair
main thing for me was I build the right framework, and then rest jsut builds itself - and that totally works
for this I used Cezar ADE, as it has a lot of great skills like discover, spec build or merge buddy and visual workflow configurator was nice
so id say go ahead and try yourself, maybe you can fire yourself too

No product idea? Fine.
Building bullshit just because everyone else is doing startups? Not fine.
In 2008, while others chased VC money, we built software for paying clients.
Boring? Sure.
But we built revenue, dividends, and independence.
Then we built products. On our terms.
Investors can buy a story. Customers demand results.
AI has made building easier than ever. Has it made startup FOMO even worse?

Last 3 months: 33 Deep Work blocks. 16 overlapped with other commitments.
Every one made sense. That’s the trap.
Starting out, you fight for opportunities. Later, you fight to turn good ones down ;)
Three. That’s how many AI tools a human can juggle at once. Beyond that, productivity drops and serious errors rise by 39%.
Now look at your coding setup. How many agent sessions are open? How many have you lost track of?
Until now, the orchestration layer was… you. Reading logs. Answering agents’ questions. Merging PRs.
Congratulations. You automated coding and gave yourself a full-time babysitting job :)
That’s why we built Cezar, our open-source tool for managing coding agents.
