1. This interview was published on the 14th of March 2015, about 2 weeks before the general election that brought Buhari to power.
2. Goodluck Jonathan was still President, and Peter Obi spent essentially the entire interview defending his government and urging Nigerians to reject Buhari and the APC. The idea that he was sucking up to Buhari for his personal benefit, or somehow seeking a path into the APC, is plainly false, as I am sure you know.
3. The video you posted cleverly cuts a longer segment where he actually criticizes the APC and casts doubt on Buhari’s ability to tackle corruption if he takes over from Jonathan.

No lies. You know some of us predicted the wave in 2023 knowing the underground work that was being carried out. Even the candidate himself had no idea what was taking place across many channel. A lot of those actors are unnamed and chose to stay away from sunlight. He really benefitted from a lot of goodwill offered with nothing requested in return. Those underground channels are non-existent today, every politician will carry his/her cross in 2027!
Akintollgate was always adamant on my conceding the point that we underestimated the Obi wave in 2023, and I don’t argue it anymore.
For 2027 though, everyone can see him coming and he will be accurately defined for Nigerians to make the right choice and #VoteWisely

This was exactly how I Met Phyno. I was on tour with 4th republic and Nigerian Breweries. We just performed in Enugu. After they paid us our money. Opposite the hotel I saw a studio. I went in there and met Phyno working. A lady called Stacy was recording. He was the Producer. We clicked and did a song Immediately called STREETS IS MILITARY. I Ran back to the hotel and Holad @Drealmaximum we returned and Phyno produced a Jam for him same night as well. I met Phyno as a random Younging, we bonded & he made me a song Immediately. I love him for life for that action Alone. Next month my label flew him to Lagos. He worked with us for a bit then broke off with Eloka Elopee our manager at the time to start their own Label called PentHauz. Good times. 🥰

My cousin called me early this morning and said "ègbón, shey mo rí £1000 lọ́wọ́ yiń till next month ending". He said the £5000 he went home with has finished already and he still has one week left to stay in Nigeria.
I cheekily told him that why won't he blow up £5000 in less than two weeks when he had to spend his first one week in a Lekki hotel. I've sha sent him the money he asked for and told him it must not exceed when he promised to return it because I'm also planning for a funeral and I need money for it.
Travelling to Nigeria is very expensive.
