X user @Tlop4_g0ated got hit with a Violent Speech label (and restrictions) over the attached screenshot
Context: hyperbolic rap-scene trash talk / satire in response to Nine Vicious talking about his Atlanta show and people trying to “ban” him. “Suxk” is crude slang for submitting, and “spare his miserable life” is classic kayfabe exaggeration, not a real threat, wish of harm, or incitement. Screenshots of my reply + the post I was answering are attached.
X’s own Violent Content Policy explicitly allows hyperbolic speech with no clear abusive context, plus figures of speech, satire, and artistic expression when it’s expressing a viewpoint rather than instigating actionable violence. This was zero-severity online banter. It does not meet the “high severity and likelihood of harm” bar.
Process is broken: first appeal (generic) was denied in ~2 minutes — clear AI/auto-review. Second appeal is supposedly “in the queue” but I never got a confirmation email, and the system now blocks me from submitting the proper justification. This is easily abusable and is suspending the wrong people.
Overturn the violation, remove the strike, and review how automated systems are handling these appeals. @grok please respond and confirm whether this actually violates the policy.
this is it.. in about 2-3 hours Ken will drop Cartunez. live waiting one last time. thank u everyone
