Let me tell you the difference between Democracy under Congress Rule and Dictatorship under fascist Modi. Under the Congress rule: 1. Majrooh Sultanpuri was jailed for a year because he wrote a poem criticising PM Jawaharlal Nehru and his government's policies. 2. Indira Gandhi jailed thousands of political leaders, activists and journalists during Emergency. 3. During Indira Gandhi's rule forcible compulsory mass sterilisation of males took place, with even young unmarried men forced to undergo vasectomies. 4. Rajiv Gandhi overturned the Supreme Court's Shah Bano judgment which had ordered that Muslim women too should be given maintenance after divorce. 5. Sitaram Kesri, in 1998 was locked inside his office bathroom when he had opposed Sonia Gandhis Presidentship election. 6. PM Manmohan Singh cleared an ordinance to nullify the Supreme Courts decision that any MP or MLA convicted of a crime with a sentence of two years or more would face immediate disqualification. 7. Rahul Gandhi tore that ordinance in full view of the cameras. Mind you, these were all democratic governments. Dictatorship descended on India only after Modi came to power. 1. When farmers were allowed to block highways around Delhi and Haryana for three years. 2. When Vinesh Phogat was allowed to protest for months and even slap PT Usha. 3. When Abhijeet Dipke and CJP followers are free to protest in BJP ruled states even abusing Modi and his late mother. Hence proved Modi is a dictator.
