context: while attending the army festival event, woozi was filmed shushing his fans screaming out for him several times (the event took place in a residential area so he didn't want the noise to bother locals, and vast majority of fans present at the venue were there precisely for him), and the motion became kind of a inner joke his fellow soldiers used to lovingly poke fun at him. a korean account on twitter (they're now private) took one of the clips of woozi doing that motion, took out the sound (to hide the fact that people were in fact screaming HIS name), and posted it shading woozi for being "so full of himself while nobody was there for him, they were obviously there for the other better looking idols". this post gained millions of views on twitter and was shared on all other platforms w similar results; korean influencers started using the same motion in trending reels to also mock woozi. k-carats managed to pester the brands the initial twitter account collaborated with for pr so much that they ceased all collaborations, so the account isn't making any more money off of slandering idols online; the account has gone private. given how massive of a slandering campaign this has been, carats have neen trending hastags and sending protest trucks for awhile now, demanding punishment for those who attacked woozi; this notice is precisely about pledis taking action for this episode, since they mention "protecting enlisted members" several times.
