Because I think he is telling us a lot right here.
First, the location: Jean arrives at a new place and behave like a new owner or tenant, hitting the pillar (reminds me of the french joke "c'est un mur porteur ?") and this is confirmed by the lady saying "is everything to your liking?" --> Jean bought or rented that place.
That place is 1. big and 2. empty as the cinematography tells us with the wide shots, making Jean phils small inside.
Which links with the second important shot, the list shown in the Over the shoulder shot at the windows, where we can see the last item is "New era". it's obvious to me that there is a link between that big empty space and the New era. The filling of that space is symbolically and pratically what will make the New era possible.
My conclusion : This space is real. Not exactly this one, but there is a space IRL that will push Jean into the next level.
Jean was absent because, other things apart like the IG problem, he was busy working on the acquisition of that space that is the key to the new era.
The cinematography and scenario are clear : Jean is faced with a wide Terra Nova and he is gonna use it to accomplish his purpose, "the new era". For now it's big, empty, unfamiliar, but the list shot in an ultra low angle and the OTS windows shot reverse that, making Jean dominant in the space and compared to the City as he is planning to make that space his tool --> In this space, when it's ready, he is gonna conquer the City.

Update on Instagram.
First, the fake account. A large number of its posts have already been taken down, and the account itself has been restricted. It's expected to be removed completely very soon, so nobody needs to worry about it anymore.
Second, Jean's real account. Jean's lawyers have now been in direct contact with Instagram, and the conversations are going in the right direction. Everything points to the account coming back.

if u missed it, jean phil is the french gentleman boxer the whole internet started copying. he wears a tweed suit and a blond bob and says 2 words, oui madame. hes an ai character, and in his first 20 days he did 66.9M views on 10 tiktoks, beeple made art of him, higgsfield, a $5B ai company, ended its launch video on his face, and he posted his seat card from stella mccartney's show in paris. #jeanphil is over 234M views now. thats the guy instagram banned 16 days ago, and today he walked into an empty office in a new video, opened a notebook and showed us this:

the pen stroke runs right through the third line, thats how i misread it. mementum lab is a real agency in paris that takes ai meme characters and turns them into licensed brands
u know tung tung sahur, the wooden guy with the bat that kids are obsessed with. a creator in indonesia posted him on tiktok in feb 2025, and 13 months later he was an official skin in fortnite, with this agency doing the deal. in august came the official plush toys. their site counts 10B views for that one character and says they license over 80% of the original italian brainrot characters
their partners page is epic games, fortnite, neca, kidrobot, party city, spirit and rubies. this morning i showed u calfreezy, 4.6M subs, dressed as jean for halloween, and 2 days ago a rapper called relicrhymes shot a music video in tokyo in a blond wig with jean phil in the tags. ppl are wearing this guy for free, and spirit and rubies are who america buys its halloween costumes from
i cant prove its the same mementum yet, but the list reads very different with that name on it. he books a hotel in paris, he calls the lawyers, and then he calls the agency in paris that does this for ai characters. in september jean said he was with his lawyers, reviewing proposals and putting the right structure in place. 11 days ago he told a friend on video we're working on something big. the team says over 30 brands and media already asked to work with him, and by the time he opened that notebook the line was already crossed out
im calling it: new era is jean phil becoming a licensed character. that can happen with or without the instagram account, and i think thats why instagram isnt on the page. tung tung needed 13 months to go from a tiktok to fortnite. jean is 45 days old
nobody has confirmed any of this and jean isnt on their site. the agency is also in a lawsuit in california with the people behind steal a brainrot, the roblox game, over whether anyone can own a character made with ai, and that question applies to jean too. and a license pays the character, his own site says the coin gives no rights to income, so what the coin gets is the attention

thats the whole update, and i trust it more than any roadmap i read this year. every team in crypto publishes q1 q2 q3 and misses all of it. his site says theres no roadmap with dates and promises, and then he shows us a page where 4 of the 6 lines are already done
2 things jumped out at me. instagram isnt on that list, after 2 weeks of hearing everything depends on that account. and new era isnt new: the first line of his site has said a new era has begun with jean phil since oct 6, 10 days before the ban

nothing ties calfreezy to the coin, so thats real attention. moodeng did the same thing in 2024: ppl dressed up as her that halloween, the coin was $204M and 15 days later it was $614M. she had trump winning and a fed cutting rates behind her. jp is $3M, it doesnt need all that. even after dropping 94%, moodeng is still about 12x jp
reason 2: the big wallets didnt run

the A-record IPs changed. every one of them, old and new, belongs to Vercel, the host behind the site. they've already changed again since. that's Vercel rotating IPs. ignore it.
now the signal:

ribbita. ai can receive email for the first time. someone is about to have an @ ribbita. ai address.
2. SPF + DKIM
DKIM signs outgoing mail so it lands in inboxes instead of spam. it wasn't in the screenshot going around, but it's live. nobody sets up signing unless they plan to write to people.
3. google site verification
the domain is verified with Google. this is a paid Workspace account, not a gmail alias.
4. who did it
these records sit in the same Cloudflare account that runs the site. only the domain owner can add them.
this is the team.
what it tells you: agents don't need inboxes.

It's been a while since the last update, so here's where things stand.
A few weeks ago, Stella McCartney personally invited Jean to her show at Paris Fashion Week. The collab content from that day is ready, and there's something really cool coming for all of you with it. It drops as soon as Jean's Instagram is back.
About Instagram: it's a bit more complicated than a short suspension. It's a permanent ban, but those can be reversed when the right steps are taken, and that's exactly what's happening right now with the right people on it. It takes some time, but it's being handled properly.
That's also why some things are on hold. The plan is to launch everything properly once the account is back, not half-way.
And in the meantime the demand keeps growing. In less than a month, Jean has received more than 30 collaboration requests from brands, artists, AI companies and media, from 10 different countries across Europe, North America and Asia. Not everything can be shared yet, and these are projects that need real planning. They don't happen overnight, but they're coming together.
