BREAKING: Colleague @davidspunt reports via two sources familiar that there is an ongoing DOJ "aggressive criminal investigation" into Daniel J. Sullivan appearing on the ballot for US Senate in Alaska, and the investigation has intensified in the wake of the bombshell NYT report today.
DOJ sources tell David that multiple grand jury subpoenas will be issued in the coming hours and days, and there are preservation orders to cell phone companies that are being prepared regarding text messages and emails that may build a timeline for how Daniel J. Sullivan was placed on the ballot.
The investigation is being handled by the U.S. Attorney's Office in Alaska and federal prosecutors are interested in potential charges relating to the depravation of rights of Alaska voters. The investigation is expected to go beyond Election Day and has been underway for several months.

I was all over Michigan today with future Senator @MikeRogersForMI and man, the people I spoke to are tired of being sold out.
@AbdulElSayed can whitewash his beliefs now that he’s the nominee, but the guy would vote to the left of @BernieSanders. In fact, his policies would be as if Bernie Sanders and @IlhanMN had a love child!
❌ Amnesty and open borders that flood the labor market and push wages down. Illegal immigration already costs this country $150 billion a year, twice what Michigan spends on its entire state budget.
❌ He’d oppose voter ID, raise taxes on working families, and vote against cutting taxes on tips, overtime, and Social Security.
❌ Then there’s the Green New Deal and EV madness that would hand our auto industry to China, strip hard-fought healthcare from union workers, drive costs up for everyone else, and tank the stock market if the little jihadist actually won.
