With respect to all Imagineers -- some of the coolest and most hardworking and creative people ever -- I believe there's an easy fix here: "New York streets" are very do-able on any studio backlot or theme park. A Disney "Marvel Manhattan" could have an Avengers Tower, Sanctum Sanctorum, Baxter Building, Wakandan Embassy, Josie's Bar... (maybe also Oscorp & Daily Bugle pending clearance). Alternatively, Mutant Campus is a solid theme park setting. The X-Mansion as the landmark + Danger Room + Cerebro + quad of statues of iconic heroes. You could go the Radiator Springs approach and build Wakanda or the TVA or Latveria or Knowhere or Xandar or Asgard or the Blue Area of the Moon. You could go the Batuu approach and invent a whole new land / dimension where all fun Marvel landmarks can exist. Call it a new region of Battleworld. I don't know why this is treated like an impossible issue.
