It really doesn’t. Populating from birth versus populating from adult are two entirely different population and policy trajectories.
Treasurer Jim Chalmers has said that the falling birth rate in Australia strengthens the case for higher levels of immigration.

BREAKING: Anthony Albanese says that horrific alleged sexual abuse of children in remote Aboriginal communities is “not my problem” and that it is a “matter for the states”
That’s right, the man who was the chief architect of the divisive Voice to Parliament, using the Indigenous community when it suited his political agenda, has now completely wiped his hands of them.
When confronted with horrific, alleged sexual abuse of children under the age of 10 in remote communities, Anthony Albanese shifted the blame instantly.
“That’s a matter for the states” he said.
“Not my problem”
Same man, same government, different political weather.
When he wanted a historic legacy and political leverage, he claimed the federal government needed a constitutional Voice to save these exact communities.
But the moment he was made aware of the ultimate failure to protect vulnerable Aboriginal children, he washed his hands of the responsibility.
Using a community for a political campaign is easy.
Standing up to protect their children under 10 is apparently someone else's job.
This man is a narcissist, with the only thing he cares about is staying in power.
What a thriller!! Exceptional game of footy #AFLHawksLions and it’s going to be a great grand final with Brisbane v Freo making it at last.
Love field days #AusAg 👇🏼
There’s movement in the country, for the word is goin’ round,
The professionals are coming into town,
For the Henty Machinery Field Days,
They’re comin’ in for miles around,
Bringing tractors and trailers, and seeders and balers,
Trucks, four-wheel drives and ploughs...

On 26 August 2023, at an event promoted to women and girls as “A Winter’s Conversation on Women’s Advancement”, I asked Australia’s first and only female Prime Minister whether she regretted removing women and girls’ sex-based protections from the Sex Discrimination Act.
THREE YEARS LATER
STILL WAITING FOR AN ANSWER.

The Applicant in this case appears to be a person living in fear, somewhat, which is sad. Anyone who has ever dealt with public health knows about hundred people will access your records in no time. It’s not surprising it applies in recruitment. #TicklevGiggle is cited 👇🏼
A transgender man employed by the NSW Health Service has just been awarded $35,000 in damages after being forced to confirm former “dead names" to a colleague when being considered for a new job, as a child protection counsellor.

I’ve lived through 9 former prime ministers and let me tell you that they’re mostly the same. The only thing I recall that really impacted my life was getting an ok job at the time when Howard was in. Up to then we were mostly blue collar working class folk. Not all, most👇🏼

This failed development is such an emblematic blight for the beautiful small country port-town of Wallaroo in South Australia. The YP community and region deserves better. I hope local investors can turn it around and attract the right owners, renters and visitors. 👇🏼👇🏼
EXCLUSIVE: Investors caught up in a development nightmare on the Yorke Peninsula are pleading for help to get their dream properties finished. The state government and local council say they will not be stepping in at Wallaroo Shores, leaving buyers to foot the bill. @mjstanley7
The sucky thing about night sky in the suburbs is all the urban light, however it’s a warm, dry, clear, calm night in Western Sydney and the light of the waxing crescent moon and Venus low in the sky, and Scorpius right above me, makes me feel at one with universe. #moonjoy 🌙
