woke up in a hotel in dubai to $100,000 deposited overnight.
172 orders on my TT shop. didn't open my laptop once
$57,000 of that came from the cart. stuff people added on top of what they came to buy
the cart runs on 3 systems I set up once:
system 1: I copied a cart I liked. saw a cart on X I liked better than mine, screenshotted it, and hit "Copy AI Prompt" on the matching block in Aftersell Cart. pasted both into Claude, dropped the code it gave back into the block. 2-3 clicks per block. I've never written a line of code
system 2: the cart upsells while I sleep. free shipping progress bar set just above my average order, so people add one more thing to hit it. cross-sells picked from what's already in their cart. a switch to subscription option so a one-time buyer becomes a monthly one. none of it needs more traffic. it squeezes more out of people who were already checking out
system 3: I test without rebuilding. exported the cart as a JSON file, duplicated it, changed one thing, ran both. kept whichever made more per order. when I opened a second store I imported the winner instead of building from zero
