As of today, 29 October 2026, we have 79 days left until Nigeria’s 2027 presidential election.
In these 79 days, I hope every young Nigerian will rise to the responsibility of speaking the truth, standing up for what is right and encouraging everyone within their reach to take this election seriously.
The future of Nigeria is in our hands and the quality of our lives and that of our generation is at stake so we cannot afford to remain silent!!!
Our country deserves a future where people do not have to suffer to survive, where honesty matters, where leaders serve the people and where every Nigerian has a reason to hope again.
But that future will not come by wishing alone. It begins with the choices we make and the courage to stand by what is right!!!
Let us refuse to sell our votes…
Let us reject bribery and corruption…
Let us say no to violence and electoral malpractice…
Let us at all cost, protect our votes and demand that every vote counts…
On Saturday, 16 January 2027, let us hope to see Nigeria take a meaningful step towards a future built on honesty, transparency, accountability, and genuine service to the people.
This is bigger than politics!!! It is about our lives, our children, our communities and the country we will leave for the next generation!!!

A young man has expressed displeasure over the way some divorced mothers allegedly speak negatively about their ex-husbands in front of their children, potentially creating hatred and destroying the children's relationships with their fathers.
According to him, some children grow up believing their fathers are bad people because of what their mothers tell them. However, when they become adults and finally hear their fathers' sides of the story, they may discover that the situation was more complicated than they were led to believe.
Sharing his personal experience, he explained that he only understood the circumstances surrounding his parents' divorce after reaching out to his father and hearing his side of the story. He claimed that, based on his own findings, his mother's behaviour contributed to the breakdown of their marriage.
His message to divorced parents is simple: Never use your children as weapons against your ex-partner.
Whatever happened between you and your former spouse, remember that your children still deserve the opportunity to know and understand both parents.
Divorce does not automatically make a father a bad person, just as it does not automatically make a mother a bad person. Every marriage has its own story, and children should not be forced to inherit the bitterness of their parents' separation.
