I know there's only so much enforcement can do to make our streets safer, but I'm convinced we could significantly reduce the number of folks killed and injured by drivers almost overnight by immediately impounding any vehicle with obscured license plates like this. – at West Mount Airy, Philadelphia

Sixers may be building their arena with 'private funds,' but Philly’s still picking up the tab with tax breaks & a CBA shaped by the mayor, not the community. The real assist here? To the ownerships wallets, not the city.

The proposed CBA allocates $25 million to neighborhoods, including $6.3 million for Chinatown. Other funding would go to year-round school, job training, small business lending, and City Council uses.

On a standing room only SEPTA bus stuck in traffic I can't help but think about how insane it is that @GovernorShapiro was able to get a highway through Philly fixed in 12 days but in a year+ has not been able to prevent incoming funding cuts to public transit.
