#MedTwitter I turned 63 Thursday. Spent it doing 4 cases. Best part? 30 years I’ve been a neurosurgeon. I get to have my son @tscully595 , in his last month of med school, spend it with me. Future general surgeon! He will be an amazing physician/surgeon. I’m so blessed
