Some news I have waited a long time to share.
Many months ago, we started building We Rise Up Strong, a school program built around BullyProof, the animated musical film I co-created with @dannybrook734 and Curtis Scofield. Life happened, the project got tabled, and for a while I was not sure it would ever see the light of day.
Recently, Dan and I picked it back up and worked hard to bring it to life. I authored and illustrated the storybook, built the website, and poured everything I had into this film, which stars Curtis, who is truly the heart of it, alongside Julius the Panda.
Today, it premieres. Live. Dan hosts, I am co-hosting, and Curtis gets his movie moment.
Our goal is to bring this program to schools all over the world, so every kid who has ever felt alone in a room full of people hears this song and knows they are not.
