At the post ISTH-ASH meeting Dr Marie Scully discussed the Plasmic Score. She is not a fan and I agree with her. We should be going for rapid ADAMTS13 testing rather than deciding on PEx on the basis of a score. Our lab offers 24/7 ADAMTS13 with 35 min turnaround. #TTP
