Public Dijkstra testnet is open on Conway (node 11.1.3).
Hard fork to Dijkstra (v12) follows the node 11.2 prerelease.
Leios scaling remains on a separate track.

A public Dijkstra testnet is now available! SPOs can begin onboarding using Node 11.1.3 on pv11. Epochs are 1-day in length.
Timeline:
- Protocol version 11 (Conway) on node 11.1.3
- Node 11.2 Pre-Release
- Hard Fork Initiation action
- Hard fork for protocol version 12 (Dijkstra) using node 11.2
- Integration and testing against the Dijkstra feature set (minus Leios)

CIP-0113 programmable tokens are live on mainnet.
Issuers can embed identity, sanctions, freeze, and seizure rules directly into tokens.
After many years of work, CIP113 has been officially merged to the main branch of Cardano CIPs.
This means the official standard for programmable tokens on Cardano, including securities, is out.
Many great minds have contributed to the standard, but in particular @CryptoJoe101 has worked very hard to complete it and make it production ready.
Now the standard is in the hands of the old and new Cardano projects to use!
