To help raise my low T I'm coming up with a regimen -Lifting regularly -300g white button mushroom daily (lowers Aromatase) -Quitting alcohol (major culprit for me) -Lose ~15lbs by EOY (-50lbs total) 4months sober should bring my levels up will compare in December

Once again I just had some skin issues popping up that I had last year and previously cured it with Zinc then stopped taking it for months. Same issue began beginning recently and now it's gone again with ~4mg/day of Zinc gluconate for a week

Was stuck in a 2lbs range for 2 months and now at lowest weight in 3 yrs. Half way to my goal (-33.4lbs). Can't believe I was that fat before. Hope to lose maybe 15lbs by EOY.
